Where do I begin... I read the reviews and figured this company was a safe bet ... I made an appointment with Chardley...he came to the house ...charged me 89.00 for the diagnostic ...he said he exhausted all of his sources to get the missing part ( a hose inside the machine...)I said that it is impossible these days that you cannot find a part...expecially when its a Whirlpool brand. he said I would be better off to buy a new machine. I did not accept this ...I went on the internet, found the piece right away...it was a universal piece good for many brands....came I 3 days....installed it myself after watching the video ... obviously , this guy did not want to bother coming back to fix it...he did nothing wrong , but he did not finish a job that he was hired for...many ways to look at this...at the end of the day , bad work ethic.... read more

2 years ago my dryer needed a repair. I blindly called Triple C only because they had an ad in the yellow pages and were local. Chardely came over promptly, diagnosed and repaired the problem with no fuss. Last Friday evening my dryer again need a repair. I remembered and called Triple C. Because I was calling after hours I expected to connect to an answering machine, but instead I spoke directly to Chardely. He promised to come over the following day, Saturday. He arrived as promised Saturday afternoon. He remembered me better than I remembered him. Once again he resolved my problem promptly. Reliable, businesslike, going the extra mile (answering the phone after hours and next day appointment), and reasonable prices. Triple C is one of the rare gems in South Florida. after reviewing the star reviews here, I called to get my refrigerator repaired Monday. I was told same day appointment, but received a call later that day cancelling. I rescheduled for Tuesday morning from 8-9am. Guy never showed up. Here it is Wednesday, no phone call from the guy. VERY DISSAPPOINTED and will spread the word. Thankfully I found another appliance repair person who showed up when scheduled and made the repair. read more

Chardley is amazing. He repaired a washer in my condo, he was fast, efficient and reliable. We are yet to have another problem. Last week I called him about a leaking a/c in another property and he responded to my email very promptly and was there the next day. Was very pleased with Triple C. I had a problem with my whirlpool refrigerator where water was leaking on my floors. This has to be the second time I've ever written a review because I'm just not that type of person but this experience was so horrible I had to let you read about it. I called early yesterday to set a appointment with Charlie for 5pm later that day, later on around 3pm I called to confirm and a child picks up the phone and begins speaking baby talk so I hanged up and called again about 30 minutes later. I should have known this wasn't going to work but I called again a women answered this time and told me Charlie would be there at 5, which he was. Now Charlie diagnosis my problem correctly he realizes my refrigerator needs a new evaporator motor the part cost $120 he says plus $70 for charlie coming out. I agree so Charlie begins working as he goes to plug in the motor I hear a big explosion BANG!! the motor blows up in his hand but I was more concerned about my $1400 refrigerator. My fridge was okay but still not cooling then Charlie tells me he doesn't have a extra motor and he'll have to stop by tomorrow which is terrible because I have over 150 bucks in meat sitting in the freezer. I ended up going back and forth with him he was explaining it's not his fault he's never had a motor do that before etc. I told it's not my fault either and now I'm going to be out of my food and 70 bucks and my fridge not working. I gave him a check for 45 dollars and asked him to leave. After doing some YouTube I found out this was a easy fix I called triple A applience and bought a motor for $46 and installed it my self in 15 mins. And come to find out the reason the motor blew in his hands is because he forgot to unplug the refrigerator before working on it a very amature and dangerous move. read more

I had been without A/C since Thursday....myself and four very furry animals were not fairing well in the 90+ degree heat (and that's inside the house!). My landlord had someone scheduled to come out, who until 5pm kept saying he was going to come by the time I was off work. At 5pm, he became "sick" and wasn't going to come. My landlord asked if I could wait until Wednesday which clearly I could not. I called Triple C and within minutes they had someone on the way. When Chardley arrived he was efficient, kind, and did an amazing job. He knew what he was doing and didn't mess around testing various pieces to add time. He fixed the unit and my place was filled with glorious cold air. I would recommend him, and Triple A to anyone in the area in need of AC repair! My furries and I are super grateful! read more
