I called Triple Fresh Solutions early morning this past Sunday, because I was in a major time-crunch and desperately needed to get my carpets professionally cleaned ASAP. I was pleasantly surprised when Pablo answered my call right away, as most businesses in the service industry can take anywhere from a couple hours to days just to get back to you to schedule an appointment. After explaining my situation expressing my urgent need to schedule a carpet cleaning as soon as possible, Pablo exceeded all of my expectations, assuring me that he could get the job done that very same day, at my earliest convenience. I told Pablo the sooner the better, and he said he was able to schedule me right away. He was here at my front door in no more than an hour, ready to get the job done. On top of the fact that Pablo answered my phone call right away and was extremely accommodating to my schedule, offering his services for a same-day scheduled job--on a weekend morning, he went above and beyond on the job, making my carpets look, smell, and feel brand new. He was professional, efficient, and did a spectacular job cleaning our carpets. He was able to get out every single stain that I thought could never come out, and left my carpets looking pristine, and fresher than ever. If you want quality work at a great price and the job done right - this the carpet cleaning company to call. A month ago I needed my white carpets cleaned and had a few bad areas with pet stains, spill stains, and just dirt from high traffic areas. I first hired one of the new eco-friendly "green" dry cleaners come. They did a terrible job - leaving all the stains behind and telling me the type of stains were impossible to remove completely. (They were also expensive due to many additional upcharges not included in the initial pricing!) I then called a steam cleaner. He did better - but still left some stains and pet odors behind. I was so disappointed that the carpets still didn't look clean. I went online again and found Triple Fresh Solutions. Pablo was quick to respond and came right over. What a different experience! Pablo took the time to get the job done right. In no time, the stains and odor were completely gone and the carpets were fresh and white again. First of all the guys are really nice and very helpful with whatever you need. I live in a 3 story house on the beach that has had 3 dogs and a cat living here for years. My roommate just moved out so I need the whole place cleaned. They did everything and were amazing... Carpets, windows, shampoo'd the couches, cleanse all the bathrooms floors doors etc. I never thought they could make this frat house look like brand new. Great service. I called at noon and they arrived at 2pm, so their responsiveness and availability was great. We have two boys who track dirt and food everywhere so they definitely had their work cut out for them. I had them work on refreshing an old couch and then cleaning the carpets.
