Triple J was up front with pricing prior to scheduling based on square footage then did a walk through on arrival to confirm the estimate and my carpet and tile look so fantastic. Specifically my tile because I feel like that's harder to clean, they worked tirelessly soaking the floors first then using the equipment to clean out the grout as well as just the surface of the tile it looks brand new and I have pets. Things to take into consideration are both their price and the fact that they don't leave a sloppy, wet mess behind them. Found Triple J's on Yelp and we were not disappointed. The boys were here at 9am and were done by 10am. They did our kitchen tile and downstairs carpets and they look amazing. All of the high traffic gunk is gone. They use a roto-vac carpet cleaner which is awesome. If you're carpet cleaners don't use this machine well, your carpet isn't really clean. UPDATE: I felt compelled to update my review. Last Sunday, (On Mother's Day-nonetheless,) I had an appointment with Mike and his crew to clean my carpets and provide me with a quote to clean and reseal my tiles. Mike said that he will be at my house at 9am. Ten minutes to 9, he called to tell me that he was on his way. He arrived at 9 on the nose. A few hours later, my carpets were looking great! Mike also set up an appointment with me to clean my tiles.in 2 weeks. He asked me to move what I can off the floors prior to his arrival and he told me not to worry about the bigger items such as the sofa which he can help me move on the day we have scheduled. His price was very reasonable. Today is Wednesday, I came home from work and to my dismay, one of our dogs was left in a room that was just cleaned. Of course, the dog did his business all over the place. I tried to clean the mess with my carpet cleaning machine and of course, it didn't do justice. I called Mike and he said, "Dan, don't worry! My son will be there in less than 2 hours! We will take care of it!" Joel promptly arrived about an hour and a half later and used the big machine to clean the entire room again at no charge! He didn't use a small portable unit but he ran the hoses and stuff through the house and cleaned the carpets the way he normally does. He didn't half-ass do it even though we were now at 8pm. I recently hired this company for a cleaning and I'm literally in love with how my carpet turned out. I have a new puppy and the stains in the carpet were ridiculous. Triple J Carpet Cleaners gave my carpet the pet treatment and ever since they cleaned it, my puppy hasn't had any accidents which is awesome! Such a great job they did. Our house wasn't that bad, but the carpeted pathway leading to the kitchen from the garage was dirty. They quoted me $150 on the phone (for about 3 rooms and a hallway) but then saw the house and actually lowered the cost to only $130. Very nice people to deal with and they do an excellent job. I will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended. There are so many shady companies out there that offer very cheap prices but then bait&switch... but not these guys. It took about an hour. They also did an area rug for us and they got it spotless -- it was pretty dirty too with juice stains, etc. from our child. When we had a minor emergency, he was accomadating with our schedule and was able to keep it on track. His son came and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet. The stairs were my main concern because of the light color and high traffic dirt. I asked a lot of questions and I can be very picky.
