I had the car towed for an inspection on Thursday of the same week and the mechanic there confirmed that the oil in the car was dirty and very low. He was unable to see any obvious leaks and determined the issue was from oil starvation. The car now needs a complete engine teardown, and possibly a transmission teardown with a quote of $20,000. They definitely did not vacuum out the car and they left a note in my car saying my coolant was low... He didn't even verbally tell me it was low, just left a note on my dash!! I also purchased a deal where you could add a $10 tire rotation on, but they would not rotate my tires either. He said one of my tire's tread was at a 3, so they wouldn't rotate any of them. I asked him if I needed a tire rotation and he said yes that I definitely needed one. This location used to be good but I guess they are under new management and they are totally different now. I called Sams & they are giving me a free tire rotation!!

I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.
