I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

They then called at the exact time saying it would take another 45 minutes and I had a lot of other issues, great, super. So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.
