Took my truck here after a deer collision. When the shop called me to say it was done, I went to…read morepick it up and it had all sorts of warning lights on the dash, there was a new dent in the side, the theft detection wouldn't turn off, there were several engine codes, and the truck was constantly beeping and alarming the hood was open!! It wasn't fixed at all! I had to call and take it back. I brought pictures from the insurance adjuster proving the new dent in the side happened while they had my truck. The owner acknowledged the picture but did not offer any solution to make it right! For all the codes, error messages, and alarms all they did was reset my computer; which did nothing within 5 minutes. I ended up having to take it to ANOTHER shop to fix what they did not/ could not and spending more money out of my pocket because this is an incompetent shop. Four weeks later I had to go BACK to get a sensor they also failed to fix. I arrived on the day we scheduled and when I got there, they said they didn't have time to fix it. At this point, they have inconvenienced me for nearly a month but they can't help me out for 15 min! Give me a freaking break. Absolutely terrible customer service and incompetent shop. Zero stars, would not recommend, do not take your car here!!!!!
