While there was one other employee present, Jullian was clearly the one running the store, handling about six customers waiting back to back and doing so with calm, professionalism, and focus. Even though my transfer PIN request required a corporate office, he went above and beyond trying to find a workaround rather than simply turning me away. His multitasking, critical thinking, and customer service were outstanding. Jullian represents the level of service that defines a great store experience and sets the standard ALL Verizon stores should aim for.

He asked if I'd consider switching my home internet. I said no thank you, he explained the benefits, but then respected my decision. I was there to add another phone to my family plan, from a phone that was currently with T-Mobile. It was a fairly complicated process that I never would have been able to figure out on my own (the family member with the other phone was in Oakland, so we did everything over the phone). Johnathan kept at it, and was so patient when we had to wait for the phone to restart or software to download. While we were waiting he talked to me about my current plan, which was a pretty old one. He helped me find a new plan that will now cost $67 per month LESS than my old plan, even with this additional phone. Johnathan spent so much time with me, even though I'm sure he won't be earning commission on the transaction. He was very pleasant and patient, and got the new phone added to my plan. I declined but she kept bugging so I know these workers work on commission I gave in but had her adjust the prices. When we completed the transaction she said my mother's metro # takes about 24 hrs to transfer... that didn't sit well w/ me. How does it take that long when there under the same umbrella.. I asked the manager and he straight BS'd saying some reason Verizon is instant I left the store but my moms # still didn't transfer and I had a gut feeling something was wrong. My moms # is so important my brother is disabled and all his appointments/therapy is connected to that # she's had for 30+ years. So I jst called T-Mobile @ Serramonte just to ease my mind. They checked on the transfer and they told me there was an error and the worker should've checked. At 8:15pm I rushed to the Serramonte store to try to fix it. & guess what else Andrea did... upon checking my account she added two tablet lines after I already told her no. The tmobile expert graciously helped me through it all.. taking off the 2 tablet lines I never got, transferred the metro # that took minutes because Andrea didn't check. the tmobile location at Tanforan is a third party & they will try there hardest to upsell you. STRAIGHT SCAMMERS DO NOT GO HERE. I included the quotes Andrea gave me.. if you take a look @ monthly payment this number is wrong $291 is not my monthly payments it's $245. She quoted me $372 w/ the new iPhone. Turns out my monthly payment is actually $301 W/ the new iPhone. She hid the two tablets in the differences STRAIGHT SCAMMERS DO NOT GO HERE. My brother-in-law lives in San Mateo and was in their store. The staff and their assistant manager would not do it while talking on the phone as I was not physically in the store. They insisted he be given account authority. Without even offering to help, they referred me to 611. After I was able to change the account to give full account authorization to my mentally disabled brother-in-law, I attempted to pay for the phone by credit card. As I was not physically in the store, they would not accept payment. I understand rules (in management for 40 years) but have never ever encountered people who absolutely refused to provide any level of service. Totally unacceptable. Attempted to leave this review on the store's Verizon page but it doesn't work. I will be switching to AT&T at the earliest opportunity.

They were able to complete this in half a day and I picked it up next morning. Odometer on my 2001 Toyota Camry was having issues on high temp days that cause the odometer to not display and the speedometer to remain only at zero. It seems to be a common issue with older 1997-2001 Camrys and the solution was to replace with a new resistor (I tried replacing the VSS, transmission solenoids, spark packs/wires/plugs, new alternator and battery) per a video on YouTube. They did a great job with the soldering of the new resistor and I put the odometer/speedometer back together and into the car with no issues. Now to see if this resolves my Camry issues! Big thank you to Andrea for her prompt replies to my questions and Carlos for ensuring that the techs knew what needed to be done!

I brought in my DualSense controllers to fix analog stick issues and paid $100 to repair three knobs. Just one week later, I had the exact same issue with one of the supposedly repaired sticks. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $60 to fix what should have already been resolved. What's most frustrating is that I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why I was being charged again for the same issue. If a repair doesn't hold up after a week, that should fall under some kind of workmanship guarantee--not an additional charge. I want to continue supporting this business because I've had good experiences in the past, but this situation felt unfair and left me questioning the quality and accountability of the repairs.
