What an AMAZING experience at Trisaetum Winery this past week and it was all thanks to our server Alice. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was better than ever. We arrived right as the winery opened and did not have a reservation but were quickly seated on their covered patio. There were two options when doing the tastings either wine or spirits. The wine was tasting was between $40-$50 per person but we ended up splitting it between two of us since we were going to many wineries that day and this was our first stop. Trisaetum Winery by far was my favorite wine of the day. The wine was fresh, smooth and refreshing. I should have bought a bottle like my friends. They have wine tastings daily between 11-4 am with both indoor and outdoor seating. This winery is a must try when checking out wineries, you won't be disappointed especially if Alice is your server. She was so friendly and easy to talk to!

We were recommended this winery from the locals and it did not disappoint. They have cheese boards to go with the wines as well. Great tannins to their pinot noirs and are known for their dry rieslings. Great mouth feel and acidity to their wines. Definitely will be coming back.

Came here with my two buddies and my buddies family and my buddies family friends and my two friends from Charleston. Guess who took us on our wine tasting experience (will share the answer at the end) The wine was amazing. My favorite was a Riesling. This is unique, typically I prefer reds. Whatever they did to the grapes and the vines and the vibes and everything else you do, made me love it. As I mentioned before, I typically prefer reds, the reason? I will share now instead of making you wait. (Also my plane is about to take off I have to hurry). I think they taste better. Although, one night, some say two, I spilled wine on my very nice white shirt. That doesn't stop me from loving it. I went wine tasting here 5 days ago and most morning when I wake up I think about how they had their wine at the White House. Tell me something cooler. Also, the owner showed us around. He is kinda a STUD.

The proprietor and winemaker is also an accomplished artist.

This was our second tasting on our first trip to Willamette to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The property is beautiful, the service could not have been better, and the wine outshined all of that. Max provided the most enjoyable and lighthearted experience. He was focused on making sure we were enjoying the wine and our visit. Trisaetum was the perfect fit for my Reisling loving husband and myself who is a big fan of Pinot Noirs. Don't sleep on their white Pinot! It is our new favorite. Needless to say, we had to join our first wine club.

We are in the gin membership. This gin takes it to the next level with so many botanicals without overpowering the flavor. Just remember the wine member and the hard alcohol membership aren't reciprocal. They are so accommodating and such a relaxing place to be. The person serving us was very knowledgeable and we were able to ask questions and get authentic answers. Highly recommend.

A gorgeous winery in a beautiful setting. We visited on a cool, cloudy November day and enjoyed a lovely tasting on the covered patio, complete with blankets, an overhead heater, and panoramic views. We did both a red and white tasting with a charcuterie plate. The wines are interesting, especially the dry Rieslings, and the food was tasty. Nothing can parallel the tranquil setting though. Combine that with knowledgeable staff and great wine, and you've got a must visit spot in the Willamette Valley!

Wine Tour Stop #1: Trisaetum Winery This wine tasting was great. You can select from one of three flight options, the sparkling, mixed red & white or red. I chose the sparkling wines flight and my husband chose the mixed red & white wines flight. The views from the patio are amazing and the tasting was very informative. The tasting fee is $25 per person but that is waived with the purchase of one bottle of wine per taster. We ended up purchasing a bottle of the 2019 Wichmann Dundee Dry Reisling and the 2018 Pashey Estates Cuvee which were our favorites in our flights. If you are in the area, check this winery out.

In an area with so many incredibly gorgeous vinyards serving top notch wines, Trisaetum stands out. The outdoor patio with the sunshine dabbling through the open beams, perched overlooking the vineyard, is both breathtaking and peaceful. Amazing how a delicious wine and a stunning view can literally wash away life's troubling times, even if only for a few hours. In lieu of a flight - they offer many variations at $20-25 so you can choose the one that matches your palette or what you want to experience - we chose to share a full bottle of red. They trade grapes with a winery in Walla Walla Washington and the 2016 proprietary red from their 1842 Cellars label came highly recommended From a friend. Actually she insisted I try it because she knows my preference. It did not disappoint! Full bodied and smooth, it was delicious from the first sip! A wonderful blend that was fabulous with the charcuterie board we ordered and would go with so many dinners. The service was so friendly and informative, giving us the history of the vineyards, the wine we chose, and even describing every item on the artistically arranged cheese board. Which also was delicious! Spanish manchego, aged cheddar, olives, figs, hazelnuts, salami and a spiced dried cured ham; was the perfect accompaniment and mid day snack. We enmbraced the unseasonably warm 76 degree day, enjoying our spot on the patio taking in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Breathe in, breathe out. So relaxing. We will absolutely be visit again! We loved everything about Trisaetum Winery including the stunning original artwork adorning the inside, and available for purchase.

It's quite magical - from the intriguing artwork to the gorgeous garden - it's a place to settle into and take a moment to enjoy wine and nature. In March 2025 they offered complimentary wine tasting that specific month. I think each month they have a special event or a special offering. In March we did buy a bottle of their wine to take home after our tasting. They also serve small snack platters which pair excellent with the wine. We ordered one and it was deliciously fantastic. In the spring they had yard games and in the winter they have a cozy fire pit. Right now in November/December 2025 they are offering tickets on select Saturdays to come to their special holiday night light show. I went last Saturday. They had S'mores, mulled wine, hot chocolate, and hot fresh apple cider. The gardens dazzled with music and lights. I had two s'mores and a little cup of each drink. The cider and hot chocolate brought back childhood nostalgia and hit the spot. Tickets are required, but the first weekend was free unless you did wine tasting or buy wine by the glass. It was very magical. Everyone was friendly and full of holiday cheer. The gardens were beautiful to walk. I took my elderly parents. My mother recently experienced a bad head injury so my parents opted not to drink. I tried a small taste of the mulled wine, but it was too strong for me. I made an Instagram reel of my experience besides this review. I hope others can come out and enjoy the magic of this place too. I definitely will come back. I hope they offer more food and events. That really raises the bar and makes them the best winery in Yamhill Wine Country.

The new location is perched on a hill with a sweet airstream and covered tasting patio. Google maps guided us onto a sketchy unpaved road so we almost aborted our mission to visit. I'm so thankful we kept going and found this sweet spot. Locals and visitors have to visit this place - now. Definitely go if you are searching for an awesome spot to relax and enjoy wine. The views are just breathtaking and hypotonic with the ever-changing clouds. This winery just moved into a top place on my list to take friends or tourists that plan to visit Oregon. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Tastings in 2024 are $20 a person, but comes with a million dollar view. The Pinot is delicious, definitely savor it - or take home a case of it - if money isn't an issue. Our server Kevin was engaging and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit again. The only disappointment was the port-a-potty restroom. Although extremely clean, it was really difficult to see while inside since it's situated under the portico behind the wine bins. Hopefully in the future, they can possibly develop a sustainable winery that has better facilities or get luxury loos. I also think this spot would be too cold to visit in the winter - November - February (since it's primarily an outside venue.)

It sits on a hillside with the fields of grapes splayed out before you. It's beautiful. It's literally Utopia. I wish that it remained a utopian experience. I don't know about you but I expect excellent service while at a winery. This time when we visited Utopia, albeit our tasting flights were comped, their goal at the end of the day is to get you to buy a bottle(s) or become a wine club member. So when I go limping in and ask the man behind the counter if he can recycle my glass bottle he says yes he can but then as I approach him he tells me I can just go ahead and take it outside to the white bin. From this interaction I left the tasting room and the winery host and that the winery host with the strong sensation of sour grapes. The host arrived with very good timing just as most of us had finished off our first pour which was as I recall a very fruity, like and alcohol fruit salad served very chilled. It was actually quite good. Next came three Pinot noirs. I typically do not care fore Pinot noir wines, But I will usually find at least one Pinot that pleases me. This was no exception. The first Pinot in our flight was ok. I was the wine list showed only our tasting flight. The second Pinot was a delight, it was full flavored and peppery, such a nice surprise. The last Pinot I don't think anyone liked. On to the Chardonnay. It was described to us as being aged in first oak, and then stainless steel. I would have enjoyed it more if it was only aged in oak, If you find yourself in the neighborhood, by all means, stop by. There is something on the menu for everyone. 2023 - Review # 40
