It's where family members have been going and it helped that their office was right down the road from my children school. So they could walk into an appointment after school and I could meet them there from work. It is a bit of the pain that they're only open Monday through Thursday but usually that's not a problem. It's more just that I'm a little forgetful and forget to call them sometimes when they're open. As my children have gotten older I want them to be more mindful to communicate with me about what happened when I wasn't there yet. I appreciate that my children are older and can tell me the gist of it themselves but I want the staff to be more communicative with me directly. I don't want the risk of like in the "telephone" game ha ha. There was an instance when I had a crown done and there was some miscommunication, I felt, about the projected cost versus the actual cost and when I brought it up to them they were understanding and they worked with me.

He takes extra steps to make sure I am comfortable and I'm so impressed by the way he speaks to the staff. It feels like everyone there is invested in my care. As a side note. He's also my husband's dentist. 3 years ago during a routine cleaning, one of the hygienists noted something unusual. She asked Dr Fisher to take a look. It turned out that he had a cancerous lesion on one of his tonsils. He'd never noticed it & didn't have pain. Without the watchful eye of the hygienist and Dr Fisher's quick referral to an ENT Specialist, no one knows how much it could have spread. With surgery & radiation my husband has now been certified Cancer Free for 3 years. We're very grateful.

I took time off from work for a 2:30 appointment for a permanent crown seating and received a call to reschedule for some excuse (I don't even remember what) but it pushed the appointment out well over a week. As a result my employer is frustrated, I am frustrated, and the person on the other end of the phone is completely oblivious to the fact that not everyone has unlimited time off.
