DONT DO THAT. They make a BIG fuss. Just order for pick up and wait for your ready message or go in store to pick it up yourself and buy at the register. We knew exactly what we wanted and knew the store was closing soon so my husband got the flat bed cart thing and carried our one year old straight to the back corner with my son following behind him. They left me in the dust because I am heavily pregnant and was waddling. Every store employee we passed told me "we're closing soon" so when I saw my husband up ahead walk past a worker and the worker look back at him, turn course, and begin to follow my husband I thought "we better hurry up" this guy is going to tell us they're closing soon but nope! He was soo nice! Asked us if we had questions, helped my husband load our flat bed cart because we were getting twelve boxes of 12x36 tile, got a forklift to pull out the boxes in the back and walked us to where the grout that was in display is located. Only downsides were they weren't able to do a miter edge on the counter (or maybe they could but didn't offer it and that's what I would have preferred) and they almost installed a sink that was too small. They emailed me last minute to say they'd do a smaller sink than I had specified and I didn't see the email until it was too late. They were about to do the small sink but fortunately I was onsite and caught the issue in time. They made it work with a proper size sink. Even with these glitches I still was satisfied and would absolutely work with them again. The price was similar to what I'd paid several years ago for a similar sized job so I would consider their overall offering to be very competitively priced.
