I ordered it one week ahead of the storm so my large plant collection would not be sunburned in case we lost the top of the cage. He never delivered it and claimed it was not in stock. I later discovered from another contractor that was a lie. As weeks and months ensued, I requested a refund for my money that he had apparently simply pocketed. He began to ignore all my requests and communication via phone, email and FB messaging. Now, I will have to file a small claims court complaint to hope to get any kind of restitution. Don't become a victim like I did, this guy is a deceptive THIEF!

We have a maintenance contract in place and recently had a capacitor (40.5) replaced at the technicians recommendation. DBA charged $211.50 for a part that costs on Amazon $19.90. That is a mark-up of over (10) ten times. Just food for thought when you need AC service. BTW I paid for the 2026 maintenance contract in advance and when I called to schedule this maintenance I was told I needed to pay for the contract that I had already paid for.
