Very cute, modern/semi-industrial coffee shop with plenty of seating. They have traditional coffee drinks but also some unique lattes and other offerings. I really enjoy their Northeast Fog, which is a lavender take on a London Fog, and their banana bread latte. The food is mostly lighter fair like sandwiches and soups, and it's vegetarian friendly. The vibes here are really nice. It's one of the few cafes downtown that stays open past 3pm, which is very important if you need a pick-me-up in the later afternoon! It's also got one of the most spacious seating areas, and there is always some pleasant music playing. Staff are efficient and seem to put great care into preparing the drinks. Faire Market and Cafe has become a new favorite downtown for me.

Friendly staff and lots of seating inside but my drink was very watered down and I felt the food portion was small for the price.

This is such a cool little spot with delicious coffee and great lunch options. I had the Alapocas veggie sandwich. It was super fresh and flavorful, but the only thing that would make it better is if it came with a side or slightly more ingredients packed into the sandwich. Staff was friendly, and the vibe was chill even during a busy lunch hour. Definitely worth a visit!

Coming all the way from Los Angeles, Faire Cafe was the best food I had in Delaware. I had gotten the Banana Bread Latte and Faire Express Toast a day prior. The Faire Express Toast is not pictured, but it was amazing!! Both items were so good, that my friend and I came back a 2nd time!

I am staying in Wilmington and wanted a place for breakfast and a cup of tea. I stopped somewhere else, but they were short staffed, so I got my tea to go and searched for another place for breakfast. Faire Market & Cafe was nearby. I thought it was closed when I arrived because it was so dark, but happily it was open. Firstly, the service was great - courteous staff and very fast. I got the toast with the avocado and added an egg. It was flavorful am amply covered with the good stuff. The first place got my tea order wrong, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I was able to order the Breakfast Blend with steamed milk - and it was delightful (tea at its best). Fun soundtrack and cute decor - I really liked this place.

Really loved the vibe on the inside of this coffee shop! It's a huge space with cute swings on the ground floor and a loft. The service was quick and nice and I really enjoyed my coffee. Recommend the oat milk latte and any of the syrups.

Very cute cafe that is so amazingly decorated. A little boho a little chic and stylish. Fun seating and has an upstairs seating area as well. There are unique flavors and syrups like chocolate cherry and rose cardamom. Service was simple, kind, and prompt.

    Purple latte

Service was friendly and purple latte was delicious. Was in town for work and if I had known about this place earlier would have gone more!!

Lovely spot for breakfast or lunch. Cute seating by with swings as an option! Very cozy vibe. Active but not too loud. Great food & service. Will return.

We walked into the Cafe where there were 2 staff members who just stared at us. I was the one who had to greet them. The whole service experience was quite cold and off putting. As far as the decor and atmosphere it is a really cool concept with woven wicker type swings at their bar area. Food wise, my egg sandwich was cold and mediocre at best. The vegan scone was dry and bland, the vegan coffee cake was a little better. Their vegan harvest cookie was actually quite delicious. Overall it was not the stop off 95 for breakfast that I was looking forward to.

atmosphere - so much seating! large community table, swing seats, outdoor seating, bar seating, lots of tables, additional seating upstairs. - love the aesthetic!! very modern but also very warm - they have their own merch :) - decent amount of outlets food & drinks - coffee & cocktails & cafe! - they have monthly specials/seasonal menu items (ex: pandan latte, birthday cake latte, etc.) - they have house-made flavors & syrups - the basics and then things like salted lavender, snickerdoodle, etc. - they also serve drinks & cocktails! - they have all day bites: sandwiches, toasts, bagels, snacks, etc. - love that they have water and glasses out for you to help yourself other notes - they are closed sunday and monday, shorter hours on saturday, but open til 6 on weekdays - located in wilmington, delaware (35-45 minutes from philly) - we parked on the street after having lunch at another restaurant, but they do have free (3 hour) validated parking!

The best chicken sandwich I've ever had!

They saved my stranded Xmas Eve in Wilmington with what is the best chicken sandwich I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Chick-filA who? Popeyes what? Nope, this chicken was so well cooked and the flavors on the bun made my mouth dance with glee. To top it off, I paired it with a delicious salad and even had myself a non-alcoholic beer worth telling my friends about. The latte was fantastic and the vibes were perfectly chill. The service was great and I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through Wilmington. Can you all deliver to NY?

I have to give this restaurant a 5/5 for several reasons. The moment I walked in I fell in love with the aesthetic of the cafe! The earthy, natural, holistic feel of the shop with its mix of contemporary furniture and original historic structure of downtown Wilmington automatically ignited a spark to create. The shop still has the original stain glass window which is a beautiful touch. The part you're probably interested in is the coffee, and it's amazing. If you go try the the salted lavender oat milk hot latte and you won't be disappointed! The drink is beautifully crafted; due to the syrups being crafted in house! The staff is pleasant and will answer any of your questions. For all of my fellow coffee drinkers that love a good mix of coffee and spirits - they also have a full bar! All in all it was an amazing experience. I'll be back again.

I only popped in for a cold brew that wasn't too bad, but the place did seem to have a good vibe to hang out.

Best custom made salads in Wilmington, if not the whole state of Delaware. Couple that with super friendly staff, you cannot go wrong here!

They have great cookies (with nuts so if you have allergies, ask for the nut-free allergy cookies separately). Towels a bit stiff, hard as with no dryer sheets and didn't soak up water very well. Faucet was almost falling off the wall, had to re-press it back in and it was almost coming off again. Water pressure was good, though. Couldn't get the hotel phone to dial the desk, so had to ask for new towels at the front. Parking was plentiful. They have a restaurant downstairs (does not come with a complimentary breakfast meal). Two towers for rooms so two separate elevator banks. One couch by the wall - very comfortable. The one in front of the TV - squashed down, you can feel the supports through the cushions so not comfortable to wait on. Service made up for the fact the hotel is on the older side, and AC worked overtime at night.

Many restaurants place great emphasis and effort on the grand opening to garner good reviews and then drop their quality of service and food over time. This wasn't the case at First Watch. My wife and I visited First Watch a year ago on the day after Thanksgiving and were delighted by the quality of food and service, specifically the thoughtfulness and attention to detail from the staff so much so that we had to return one year later. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our hostess who lead us to our table where our family was already seated. Our server promptly arrived to offer beverages, take our orders, and answer questions. As we waited, the manager greeted us at our table and asked if there was anything we needed while our orders were being prepared. The restaurant was well lit with natural lighting and spacious as we remembered it a year ago. The menus were clear and offered a good selection of entrees, sides and daily specials. I ordered the Farmhouse Hasher with eggs over easy. My wife ordered one of the specials -- the double crunch breakfast tacos. Both were brought to us promptly. My wife loved the tacos and said she hadn't had such great tacos like that in quite a while. The farmhouse hasher was as I remembered it - the potatoes were cooked and seasoned perfectly; the bacon nice and crispy; and eggs over easy delicious. This will be our annual day-after-Thanksgiving morning tradition from now on!
