no but like we're OBSESSED my friends and i are always on the hunt for the next sweet treat. we were sitting on the couch and GSTC popped up on my feed. we immediately got in the car and made the trip. this shop is tucked away right off downing with plenty of street parking and seating outside. they sell ice cream in two sizes, mini, or pint. there are standard flavors and seasonal flavors. they also have a wide variety of brownie/blondie cups, cake cups which are essentially mini ice cream cakes, ice cream cake pops, popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, etc. the hardest part was choosing what to get because EVERYTHING looks delightful. we ended up ordering a bunch of minis to share. avalanche affogato - one of the best coffee ice creams i have ever tasted. fabulous texture. bristle cone - malted vanilla, salted caramel, candied waffle cone pieces, chocolate chips. yum! lemon curd raspberry - lemon curd ice cream with raspberry jam. this was SO refreshing but still rich like ice cream should be. need more of this. smoked vanilla honeycomb - smoked ice cream with golden honey toffee. it's like perfectly crunchy honeycomb and melty toffee went to a campfire. my personal fave. cannoli - self explanatory. pieces of cannoli / chocolate chips. well done. and then we also got a caramel cornflake blondie. we waited until we got home so that the blondie softened up a little. it was a blondie base, caramel ice cream, caramel syrup, crunchy cornflakes, and whipped cream. i will probably dream about this sundae tonight. we did not have a single bite of ice cream that we weren't absolutely thrilled about. finally a place that mixes in enough toppings!! amazing flavors. amazing textures. amazing service. we will absolutely be making the drive down again soon. mainly because i NEED to try every flavor. i didn't find the pricing to be bad for the quality either! minis were $4.50 and loaded. heads up that it is not a scoop shop and they don't do samples. everything is pre-packaged. only one small standing table inside. super tiny tables out front + large table setup out back. what a treat this was. read more

Wow! I work just right by here, and drive by it every day, yet just now decided to try! This hidden gem is my new favorite ice cream shop. Absolutely adorable. I love how you can see right then and there the ice cream being made and poured. The campfire toasted marshmallow is divine- the PB banana with Cap'n Crunch is the other one I tried, and it was alright but very very banana heavy (I guess I prefer more PB heavy!). I don't even know what to say, that was incredible. We stopped in on a whim, got unicorn poop. Ate it in the car, literally went right back in, got 6 more flavors. The blueberry whiskey taste like whiskey, the lavender honeycombe taste like lavender, the unicorn poop taste like...... cotton candy and magic. I'm melting (pun intended) SO. GOOD. read more

Ugh. I want to give them a 4/5 because I was so disappointed that everything is to-go and you can't try flavors. I was craving ice cream at that moment and the prepackaged cups were just too frozen for my liking. But we took them home and dang, they were good. I tried the GF coffee flavor (though I added my own chocolate chips cus I want something to chew on) and my hubs loved the dirty Oreo. I'm giving the 5/5 because they can't control the laws about only selling pre packed pints and cups and it was overall tasty. read more

Good ice cream but the owner wasn't very friendly (red head with brown eyebrows). We asked for taste testing and she explained it isn't allowed in Englewood which is fine but she said "you can try Dairy Queen". I felt that was slightly rude. We were already planning to buy and we asked if someone could use the bathroom. She seemed annoyed and said "I guess". Just not a friendly attitude. I wouldn't buy again just because of the unfriendliness. read more

Best ice cream ever! Me and my girlfriend got a couple pints to go of the vanilla smoked honeycomb and Oreo and LOVED it. The vanilla smoked honeycomb was very unique in the best way and the nuggets of honeycomb tied it all together. Apparently it won an international ice cream award in LA so I must not be the only one obsessed with it. My girlfriend is a sucker for anything Oreo and tasted just like we dunked a double stuffed Oreo in a glass of milk. The staff is great and the inside is very well done. Two thumbs up, will 100% be going back. read more

Amazing new locally owned ice cream shop. Great fun flavors. My wife is an ice cream snob/connoisseur and absolutely loves the place. I am an ice cream addict and this is hands down the best ice cream in Denver! It is made in-house (kind of literally since it's in a neighborhood and it's SO cute!) and the employees are so welcoming! Their ice cream is so creamy and delicious! They have so many unique flavors So far my favorites have been the Smoked Vanilla Honeycomb and the Lemon curd raspberry....my next trip I plan to try the Colorado blueberry whiskey. They have some flavors that are always available and some that rotate. They don't do samples and they don't scoop. The ice cream comes in small and large and they are prepackaged. I was wary of this the first time I went in (especially with some of the unique selections) but I have never been disappointed...even when I've gone outside my comfort zone. What a magical little place this is! A girl at the dog park overheard me talking to my bf about ice cream and came over to ask if I had ever been there. When I said I'd never heard of it, she said it was the best. I haven't seen her since but I am so grateful for the recommendation! Welcome to your new addiction! read more

Really tasty ice cream that is reasonably priced and they have a lot of flavors to choose from. Got the blackberry lavender and the banana peanut butter Captain crunch and both were great. To comply with zoning laws they only offer take out cups/pints, which is a great way for a small business to get creative. read more

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time last week and are already back for seconds. This cute little ice cream store sells the most flavorful cup and pint size ice creams. My personal favorite is the Dirty Oreo one. I don't know how they do it but it's truly the most amazing Oreo ice cream I've ever had. Bonus is that the staff and owner are so friendly and welcoming making the experience of supporting a small local business that much better.
