I don't typically eat much of it but I did this one. The cabbage is shredded very thin. It's ok, it checks the box for having greenery on the plate. Ok plantain lovers this is some of the best I've had! It was cooked perfectly, sweet, caramelized & just yummy! No plantain comes with your meal so you need to get a side order. All those items looked delicious and we plan to come back and try those out. We also talked to the owners for a bit, they're a husband/wife team who've owned/operated this place for a while. They do give you a side of gravy. The plantains were slightly dry and I wished I had more cabbage. I heard that they have a rum punch that is really good.
