I was desperate in 100 degree plus temperature and he came the next day, on schedule and on time. He diagnosed my load issues, made suggestions, installed a portable AC by hooking up the vent hose, cutting a hole in the side of the panel to exhaust the heat, and setting it up. He did this all in less than one hour and showed me the greatest consideration and kindness, once again renewing my faith in the goodness that there is in some human beings. I am 76, a single female without any family, friends, or help. Mr. Miller showed me the efficiency, competency, and kindness which humans owe one another as children of the same Father.
