He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled and stated he intends to post a negative review on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to share his experience.
