Chia Banana Boost Smoothie
Trendy D.

I never have a bad experience at this location. Service is fast, they take my order correctly, its a casual ambiance, and clean. The food was yummy I got my chipotle chicken wrap. I also got a chia banana boost strawberry without any sugar. I recommend this location! It's also a great location in the heart of the fun one Loudoun.

Chia Banana Boost Smoothie (24 oz)

I usually order lunch from here since I work in One Loudoun. I always order a Chia Banana Boost with strawberries because i'm not a fan of peanut butter. This last time someone made it with peanut butter so i went back in to ask them to remake it and the woman refused. The woman said she had made it correctly and she refused to make me a new one. I ordered another once same way and that one was made correct and it was obvious. I went to the online app to request a refund for the first smoothie and I got no response. This was a few weeks ago. In the picture the smoothie on top is obviously pink because that one was made with strawberries, the one on the bottom is brown because it was incorrectly made with peanut butter.

I love coming here. I am here almost every morning and love the options of smoothies here. Most of all it is Vilma's great customer service.

One of women who selected this location said they weee great. The dining area is bright with wide windows surrounding the room. It was clean and welcoming. Ordering is via counter. The staff was helpful and customized my sandwich to my liking. They offer a choose 2 and my choices were a pastrami sandwich and a "spud". The food was so delicious. The spud was a gigantic potatoe. This potatoe was a bigger than what most sit down restaurants serve. My pastrami on a baguette was so tasty: meat was hot and lean. I loved the portion. The highlight and reason for the 5 star was the staff. Food is delivered to your table via numbering system. The gentleman who attended to our table was so hospitable. I needed lemon, he brought lemon. I needed butter, he brought butter. To go containers were given as requested. Other staff members also came to check on our table. Panera can take a lesson from this place.

(If you love Reubens, you definitely know when a place shouldn't be allowed to make one -- The Fountain Grill gets a solid stamp of approval.) We will definitely return next week when we retrieve our car! Buon appetito!

I wanted a few slabs of cow for Christmas dinner but I was procrastinating in ordering and shopping. A few days before my Christmas dinner I walked in and was greeted and served by an amazing staff member. She educated me on how to cook, what to buy and even gave me a small discount. The cuts of meat purchased are all Prime cuts. On Christmas Day, we enjoyed our "cow" slabs as they melted in our mouths and no knives were needed. The Prime Standing Rib Roast was outstanding. The NY Strip Roast was perfect for the one person who enjoyed it. Finally the Lamb Chops were devoured by a few people even though it was purchased for one person. This shop has survived times of COVID when people were not in store shopping. The community rallied together to keep this gem alive. They now offer Pizza special notes, kids crafting and taco Tuesday's. They offer pre packaged fresh meats, wine bottles, drinks and other ready to make products. Visit them, it's a fun shop and the staff is great.

My daughter stopped in hoping to purchase several slices of their lemon mascarpone cake for my husband's birthday celebration. Instead, she was told she could only purchase one slice and, when she politely asked where the cake came from, staff refused to share any information. Restaurants are certainly entitled to their policies, but customer service and kindness matter. A simple explanation or a gracious interaction would have gone a long way. Instead, she was treated in a manner that left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I sincerely hope that what I can only assume is a $100 cake was worth the lifetime value of the business they are losing from our family of four, our friends and family. I also hope they consider that reviews matter, and people pay attention to how businesses treat people. Great food should be matched with great hospitality. Sadly, today's experience demonstrated that exceptional customer service was not on the menu.

We were surprised to find this place was very small and has the look of a quick serve place, which it is not. The server: very nice and attentive. No one here seemed to actually be from Italy, which we are accustomed to when going to Italian places. Food: the crispy artichoke appetizer was good. The whipped ricotta appetizer was delicious. For meals, we got the bucatini and this one pasta with a pumpkin cream sauce. They were both OK, I didn't love the Brussel sprouts in my dish, just didn't go well. We also ordered the side of chicken parm for protein, which was big and good. For dessert the cappuccino was good but was sweet for some reason (I didn't ask for any sweetener). The tiramisu was pretty good, I imagine homemade, especially with it being more yellow which is more traditional.

I got their combo offering of Caribbean BBQ Ribs, Jerk chicken wings and 2 skewers (4 choices) of seafood and beef tenderloin. It comes with a side of sautéed veggies and choclo corn. The waitress Flavia was very helpless and recommended a traditional Peruvian fruit juice that was delicious - Chicha morada. It was very similar to Hibiscus juice. To start they bring out a free offering or yucca chips and something similar to corn nuts, but softer. Comes with 3 sauces. As for my dish, the presentation was great and the portion was enough for 2 or 1 Peruvian Foodie. The plating looked like a mini BBQ Grill. The Ribs and Beef Tenderloin Skewer were my favorites. The ribs were glazed with a rum BBQ sauce and covered in my favorite fruit- pineapple. The beef pieces were incredible tender with no fatty chewable pieces. The seafood skewer had some grilled fish, a piece of octopus and 2 shrimp. Same sauce as the beef, but I enjoyed the yellow and green sauces so I kept dipping there. Some of the jerk wings had a little char, which I liked, but not most of them. I like my jerk wings with a kick and these lacked any spicy heat. Good flavor though. The sautéed veggies with Peruvian(choclo) corn tasted really good. I had asked Flavia if I could sub for Cole slaw instead, but a $4 upcharge was not happening. Yet, it worked out and I am so glad I did not switch. I destroyed it before finishing anything else. I took home 1/2 the Ribs and 3 wings. It is a pricey place, so you got to budget yourself. I am fasting the next 3 days, so I thought to treat myself before I start. Guess what I am having for dinner?

The space is nicely redecorated with a pleasant ambience, but the lack of customers was hard to ignore--we were essentially the only ones there during lunch hour, which never feels like a great sign. We went straight to the bar for a beer, but the selection was limited, much like the former establishment. The menu was unique, but the pricing felt high for the area: appetizers over $10 and entrées over $20, with no lunch menu available. We ordered the Oxtail Sandwich and the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. Both had good flavor, but the execution missed the mark--the sandwiches were soggy, likely from too much sauce in the meat. Nothing stood out enough to rave about. Service was accommodating but not particularly memorable. Overall, this felt like a one‑and‑done visit. The concept has potential, but the value, execution, and overall experience didn't justify the price point.
