It had been a couple of years since my last visit, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't very welcoming from the moment I walked in. I brought this up to the manager, who was kind and took the time to listen, which I appreciated. I ordered a Blimey Limey smoothie, but it was the worst one I've ever had--it tasted mostly like water with just a hint of orange. It definitely didn't meet the usual standards I've come to expect. I decided to give another location a try, this time in Pottstown, and wow--what a difference. The place was outstanding, the staff was great, and the smoothie tasted exactly how I remembered it. Biggest let down. I love tropical smoothie for the flatbread sandwich and the smoothies. But I will not go back to this resteraunt ever due to the lack of being able to get an order correct and the management. The order is wrong 8/10. Every single time. It's extremely frustrating. I used to go here weekly and now I don't go ever. I have had a few issues with needing to bring food back or call for refund because order is always complete wrong. Dealing with the woman manager is a joke she's very rude defensive and nearly impossible to have a civil competent conversation with. If they get a new manager or owner I would consider coming back. Until then I will not. I used to spend about 150$ a month there because it's healthy and delicious. Not anymore I'm also still waiting on my 16$ refund or gc that this manger promised and customer service on the phone!! Been over a month. What a joke read more

I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla with Maple-Kissed Sweet Potatoes. The cheese wasn't melted in the quesadilla and the potatoes were a little undercooked. However, I really liked my Island Greens smoothie. read more

This is the tropical smoothie place to be at. They always kill it at making smoothies. I recommend the Wes detox. Mari Is always sweet and real with the customers. Definitely the best tropical smoothie in Lancaster. read more

When I walked into the store I was wearing my mask as it was required. I noticed the lady at the front (probably in her 20's with dark brown hair and a black nose ring) was not cover her nose only her mouth. When she was giving me change she pulled her mask all the way off it was just sitting on her chin. She kept her mask off the whole time she made my drink. If we are required to wear a mask the employees should do the same. She was also not wearing gloves. My smoothie tasted great I was just very concerned about the virus and overall other customers safety. read more

Service was very slow and the place wasn't busy that I could see. The adult kid behind the counter moved with no haste or speed and had the personality of a bag of hammers. He dropped a lid for a blender on the floor and didn't wash it immediately, just threw it on the counter where my drink was prepared. I watched a food prep person come out into the dining area and straighten up all the chairs and police the area for trash and such, all with her food prep gloves on. When she went back into the kitchen she was out of sight for a minute so I cannot be sure she didn't change them but a minute later I watched her perform a cash transaction and then go back to doing food prep without changing them so I have a pretty good idea. We ordered 3 smoothies when we got home with them we found 2 were the flavors we ordered but one was missing an ingredient . We ordered the beach bum which was to have chocolate with strawberries in it. The server put no strawberries in it I guess mistakes happen. Terrible service. They do not allow you to wait inside after you order (this is unlike the location in Collegeville that I also frequent) and make you pull up on sidewalk blocking other business to wait for your food. I ordered online thinking I could go get gas quick and avoid the line and then just go in and grab my meal but was told I still needed to wait in the line of cars because even though my meal was ready and paid for, the other people were physically there first and he'll bring my meal out after they get theirs. This isn't a Covid issue..this is straight idiocy. I'm done with this location until they change their procedures. While there, 3 other customers were disgruntled over exact same issue. read more

Staff at this location were extremely rude and eavesdropping on customer conversations. They harassed my group for not ordering enough food/drinks even though the number of items ordered was as many people as were at the table. The manager proceeded to tell us that they closed early (7pm) and were trying to get everything cleaned because they wanted to go home. He said they had worked all day open-close and were tired. This was extremely unprofessional and awkward. The manager also told us about how druggies come in and shoot up in their bathroom and use their WiFi. I was confused at this because we never even left our table since we walked in. We were extremely uncomfortable and left after this encounter. Felt that the staff were untrained, unprofessional, and rude. None of us will be returning to this Tropical Smoothie location. read more
