Rachel was fantastic in processing my order and assuring me that the smoothies would be delivered punctually. It was reassuring to find that the smoothies arrived at the account even before I did. They were a favorite among the staff, and after trying one, I understood why; it was so good! We love tropical smoothie! Food and smoothies are always great. I had the chicken apple flatbread and it was really good and light. The flatbread was soft and warm. My boyfriend ALWAYS gets the buffalo chicken wrap and peanut butter paradise so it's safe to say it's his favorite. Spacious dining area and staff was friendly. They bring your food to the table. There's also a drive thru. Outside is kind of plain but decent amount parking spots. read more

My visit here today has been the best one so far. My food tasted better than all the times before. The inside of the store is looking in better shape/cleaner and the drive thru wait time was less than 5 mins! I've been here multiple times and have been countlessly disappointed , but it looks like things are finally looking up! I hope it stays this way because I will finally be coming back. Of all the Tropical Smoothies in the area, this particular location is my fav!!! They are always polite, friendly, and helpful! They make our food and drinks well. The restaurant on Mary Esther cutoff is the complete opposite and always make my smoothie not blended enough! My smoothie has bits of fruits every time i order it. I wish i could say that Im exaggerating but im not! Customer service is the worst too! Thats why we just come to the one on Racetrack even if its out of our way! *We were the only customers in line* We waited about 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. The girl took our order (2 smoothies) and then went in the back to process it instead of up front, which was weird enough. Then she came back up to tell me the total, which was wrong. She said almost $6 more than what it was. I didn't say anything at this point. 5 more minutes had gone by and two gentlemen walked in. They also received immediate service, ordered their food and sat down. At this point, my wife and I had been in this store for 25 minutes. An employee walks out with two smoothies and started walking towards us. I had to turn her away because those weren't ours. They belonged to the two gentlemen who had been in the store for all of 2-3 minutes. When the employee went into the back, she found the girl that originally took our order. THAT employee came up and asked what we ordered, followed by a "Oh wow, you still haven't gotten that?". If I could rate 0 stars I would. Waited about a half hour just to get to smoothies. The drive thru is typically far too slow and my order has been messed up a few times, but today I had my correct food and smoothie in just a few short minutes. The associate running the drive thru was friendly and overall had a good experience. I had the new watermelon mojo to smoothie and it did not disappoint. HOWEVER, the service is some of the most atrocious I have ever seen. The staff is slow (20 min for a smoothie? Are you serious?) and rude. They gave me a different smoothie than I had ordered and when I went to tell the woman at the counter she said "well, you can wait another 15 min or so... I have other things to deal with". Yeah, uh... I'm not having that, thanks. They're also very understaffed (the woman at the counter told me herself), so there's three people doing multiple jobs. This is a fast food joint. Come on. Terrible service. I went through the drive through and waited for ten minutes with no response. My boyfriend ended up walking inside the lobby to order. The one person who was wearing a headset had a dead headset. On top of that, the employee who took out order had a really bad attitude. After we left the lobby, they locked the door and turned off the lights (at 8:10pm!). They don't even close until 9pm and I thought that was extremely unprofessional because their lobby isn't closed. I love tropical smoothie and I used to work there but this location is a disappointment everytime I come in. 9/10 they mess up my order. The smoothies are good though, if you're willing to wait ten minutes for it that is. Super super disappointing location and terrible customer service. Every time I come here to have lunch it is truly a disappointment. I work outside so I HAVE to find lunch near me and this is sadly something close to me. The first time I came here I called ahead, (like I always do), so it can be ready when I get there. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and my travel is included so when I arrived and my food wasn't ready, I still waited about 10 minutes to get attended. So I had to leave since I only had 15 minutes left and still had to get the food ANd travel back to my work cite. Very regretful feeling that day. Every time after that, it's either attitude and rudeness from a few workers or my order is made wrong. I only have to eat here due to work conditions. But if I had to choose, I'd go to a different location or different restaurant all together. Food is delicious but not worth all this hassle :( read more

Over all this was an excellent visit. The front cashier was super nice and engaged in conversation. The food was great! My smoothie on the other hand was very weak and extremely watered down. Which typically I don't make a big fuss, but seeing as I'm paying almost $5 for a smoothie, I'm going to make sure I get what I pay for. When I approach the counter, an associate from the back came forward and asked me if I needed help. I pleasantly asked her if she could remake the smoothie. It was apparent that offended her as she then switched tones and asked me what kind it was. After informing her she then proceeded to tell me "oh well I made that so I know it's made perfect". At this point the original cashier came up and asked me if it was watery, and proceeded to tell the other associate that it may have had trouble with blending and too much water was put in.
