Tonight I had the pleasure of having Jennifer as my waitress. Me and the O'l lady went in after sitting at chilis for 20-30 minutes without ever even seeing the person who was supposed to be taking our orders didn't even get our drink order in. Needless to say it was a late, we were hungry, and not necessarily in the best moods. Jennifer didn't even take a glance at the fact that we weren't cheerful. She was spot on, fast, and catered to our every need right then and there not a huff not a sigh nothing the entire time. I'm 25 and my O'l lady is 24 we already deal with people giving us half a$$ service due to our age being semi noticeable aside from how we hold ourselves and treat people. She didn't treat us any sort of way knowing we were young and gave us the best service we have had in a very long time from anyone and anywhere. I couldn't help but realize I hadn't noticed her in there before and we are there fairly often. Come to find out she had been there for a long time the reason we hadn't seen her is because she now works only 12 hours a week because they cut her hours!Waffle House management is making a huge mistake because she's is running circles around a lot of people in that establishment and others. I'm not sure how much she makes but I promise she needs and deserves a "RAISE AND HOURS" nobody can pay bills on that income and I love nothing more than to see people that work hard live comfortably. Do better management because that's not one you want to lose seeing you don't have the best reviews to begin with. My first time at a Waffle House. I got the cheesesteak bowl over hash browns. It lacked flavor so I added a little of the steakhouse and a lot of tobasco sauce and then it tasted good and it was $11. We had seniors with us so they got their meals for like $6. They were satisfied with their meal. It's like any ihop or diner type place. Interesting setup where the servers stay on one side of the restaurant. read more

Sat at a table and Jennifer helped us right away. She made a great suggestion to help me make a breakfast bowl while still getting a delicious waffle and it worked like a charm. Jennifer kept the coffee coming and the food came out quickly, cooked to perfection. We could not be happier. read more

This place was packed when we stopped in, so you may end up waiting a bit. It did seem like the staff was a bit slow to clear booths too unfortunately, so that probably slowed seating down as well. When we finally snagged one, we got a server who had been there since 1991; I was so stunned, you never see that dedication in the service industry nowadays! She was nice, but when I ordered hot chocolate she told me they didn't have any, even though the table behind us has two kids who clearly had hot chocolate. So that was confusing and annoying. But the pancakes were good, loaded with chocolate chips, and the bacon was tasty & cooked perfectly. Around the table there was also lots of orders of hashbrowns, eggs, toast, and drinks, and we filled up quickly. Then we had to wait awhile again to pay; no one seemed to want to cash us out at the registers even though our table was cleared and seated with another party in the time that we waited. So don't expect things to happen quickly here. read more

Worst service I have ever received. First the waitress would not let me complete my order before walking away. She got me Sausage instead of bacon no big deal tho, I was fine with that. I paid. I was about to gran my wallet to leave a tip. The waitress tapped the table 3 times with her finger and says "I work for this table, I don't get paid, I need tip." Word by word. I stopped to get a couple of to go orders at 12:30am. After asking here or to go- the waitress said they weren't doing to go's Because they lost a waitress last night. You would think they would welcome to go orders because they don't have to wait the table. NO! She made me sit, order, take a bite, and pay before she would give a "to go" box!!!! read more

We've eaten at this location many times since we live right down the road. The last two days we sat in miss Debbie's section. She is the nicest server one could ask for, and her attention to detail is surprisingly keen. The food runner forgot my gravy on the hashbrowns, but miss Debbie was right there when they came out and immediately rectified the issue! I was impressed with her level of service and will always sit in her section from now on. The food was excellent, everything was hot and fresh. 5 stars! read more

The employees here are super friendly and love to keep the jukebox playing. My daughter, her fiance, my husband and I ate here 2 days ago. I ordered the new philly cheesesteak hashbrown bowl with extra jalepenos and it was cooked to perfection. This place is only a few blocks from where my daughter lives and I will definitely be making more visits to this location. My husband really enjoyed the bacon, egg and cheese melt sandwich and he is a very picky eater and been sick here lately so if he ate this much I was pleased. I have been to this Waffle House a couple of times but the last did me in. My friend and I walked in and apparently interrupted the waitress, who was watching a movie on a tablet. She was not happy about it either. We did get the food we ordered and it was pretty good. The problems started when we tried to check out. Cleanest Waffle House I've ever been too!!!! Very friendly and clean. Did I say clean?!!

I took my daughters to this Waffle House to eat this evening. First things first I ordered an orange juice to drink. When the waitress finally brought us our drinks there was ice in my orange juice. Who does that? Are you not American???? I explained to her that I do not want ice in my OJ. You just don't do that. It waters it down. She informed me that's how she likes it. Wow I didn't realize we were the same person!!! Thanks to the cook who brought us our food since our waitress decided to sit down and chit chat with another table for the rest of the time we were there. The cook was even nice and filled up my daughters drink as it had been empty for the majority of the time just like my OJ. This server should seriously consider another job. I hope the 50 cent tip was a wake up call. And God forbid she could remember the pickles and lettuce my daughter wanted for her burger. Again Thankyou to the cook who did his job and the waitresses job since she was too lazy to do it herself. What Happened to good service? Does Waffle House not take any pride in that.
