My spouse and I usually come to this place with no issues. He has placed orders before in the past and has had it curbside delivered to him while in military uniform; which is important for us since we cannot actively walk around while still in our uniform. Today he placed a mobile order and was expecting the normal etiquette of someone being able to deliver it to him curbside. For whatever reason, the curbside option was not available. He attempted to call to inquire on this and after multiple attempts with no answer he gave up on that. The next thing he attempted was to visually grab their attention from the vehicle in hopes that someone was able to assist him or answer the phone. Keeping in mind he isn't able to leave the vehicle due to being in uniform. The workers were too preoccupied with whatever conversation they had and did not notice him. It took a passerby to assist him in grabbing their attention. When they finally noticed him outside visually asking for assistance they refused to come outside. It took 5 minutes until one of them come out and speak to him to only refuse to curbside deliver the food to him even after him explaining to her he isn't able to walk around in uniform. She mentioned it was a store policy despite this being done before in the past. The workers only cared for their sideline conversation that they were having rather than assist my spouse with his order that he had already placed.
