We happened upon Brennan's completely by accident after getting out of the car to check out a mural. We stopped in for coffee, started chatting with the owner, and she suggested that we go check out another mural nearby. So obviously we did. That mural led us to THREE more, and suddenly what had started as simply stopping to look at some art turned into this completely unplanned, ridiculously fun date exploring murals and places we never would have found otherwise. And the coffee was so good that what was supposed to be a random stop has now turned into us coming back every morning since. The drinks are fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the kind of local hospitality where someone takes the time to say, "Hey, if you liked that, you should go see this..." is exactly what makes discovering a small business so special. Brennan's didn't just become part of our date they helped create the date. Five stars for the coffee, the kindness, and for accidentally sending us on one of our favorite spontaneous adventures.

The owners take a cut if the tips are past a certain threshold that is arbitrarily created by the owners. Employees do not get any breaks, even for meals, when working 8+ hour shifts. If things do not change at this business, not only will I no longer support them financially, but I will also be taking these findings to the proper agency to report.
