If you want to pay $50 for $28 dollars worrh of food, this is your place.. They serve Average bar/restaurant hamburgers and try to distract you from the prices buy giving you a huge mound of fries that will just end up going in the trash.. Tastes like every other fried burger ever. They only have American cheese. Nothing special here, save your self a trip and go else where. read more

Consistently good food from the chain, so I won't comment on that. Went to go in today and walked right out because the cashier was not wearing a mask. I looked on the counter for one and it was nowhere to be found. I understand many civilians are not following this mandate, however I've known ten people that have died from this disease. Went here around 9PM. Great food! Loved the idea that the potatoes are fresh and the fries are made from those potatoes. Great hospitality with all you can eat peanuts! I ordered a Little Cheese Burger with jalapeños, mayo, grilled onions and lettuce. Great burger! And the fries are amazing! Wonderful texture and flavor! 2 bacon cheeseburgers a medium fry and 2 cokes for $27! After waiting, (definitely not fast food) had to take it back because they got the order wrong. Burger was just ok. It was dry and not much flavor. Fries were very good. Place had food all over the floor and a lot of the tables and it was 3pm, not lunch hour. didn't care for the yelling to pick up orders. Was in at 3pm on a Thursday. My second time here. (First experience was not good but tried again.) very behind on orders. Place was pretty empty and all tables were filthy. Watched as a young man tempt a burger wiped the probe with his gloved hand and then inserted it into top of shake machine. Wow not cool. Fries were hot and good. I just got a regular burger with mushrooms and onions. Was so-so. Think their burgers are overpriced. The kicker was over two weeks into the year and they still have holiday hours on the door. I am a fan of this place but my last experience not to happy about. I order online so I can pick up food and get back to office which usually works good. I ordered online and it said ready at 11:38 so I went to pick up food and everyone behind me got there food first at least 15 people also have a very melted shake while waiting so long. I asked 3 separate times where my food was . I walked out of restaurant at 11:56 and my lunch is over in 4 mins Also no one even said I am sorry for the wait or anything pretty disappointed . I was very surprised that we had to get up to get my food, yet it felt comforting to not be handed my food by a waiter or waitress. I felt I had the power in this establishment to make my own choices. I opened the bag when I returned to my table, and took out the Bacon Burger with lettuce and ketchup. I reveled its tender insides and took that first bite. It was the best thing I had ever tasted. Those sweet, succulent juices, rolling off the burger and into the foil, which was protecting the bottom half of this sweet burger. Went there for the first time. It was busy but had lots of staff. Placed our order and received our shakes pretty quickly. The hamburgers however took a long time. Our order was prepped and my burger was made first, they ran out of cooked hamburgers so my wife and I waited 15 min for the next batch. So of course our shakes were almost gone buy the time they finished the hamburgers. We found a table but my hamburger which sat for over 15 mins wrapped was so soggy that you couldn't pick it up. We ended up taking it home to eat on a plate cut up. For 3$30.00 I could of gone to a sit down restaurant and relaxed comfortably with a beer. Tables were dirty as was the floor. I've gone to this establishment on several occasions and every time I've had a enjoyable experience with excellent food. Although I can see how some people might not like the place as it can be packed at times (Though last time I was in it was fairly empty maybe because the newness has worn out?) and you actually have to get up to go grab your food (Don't eat here if you dislike having to put some effort into getting your food) and the food is a little expensive (about 8 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger with any toppings on it) but if your looking to save money why eat out anyways??? The overall food is absolutely delicious, by far my favorite fries I've ever eaten, with my typical order being a regular drink (they have only regular and large, but it is a sit down place so it doesn't matter much) regulars fries which is literally a bag of fries, and a bacon cheeseburger all the way (meaning it has all your typical toppings) and relish and BBQ sauce. Also the toppings on the burger are no extra cost. Even the atmosphere is always enjoyable to eat in, but if you don't feel like eating in or being around people you can always order online for a quick pop in and out. Five Guys is a must for any burger fanatics or a nice family meal. read more

Burger was really good, the beef seems fresh and not frozen. Hand cut fries are excellent. The "regular" fry will be more then 1 person can eat. It is perfect for two people and maybe a small child or two. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because it is a bit pricey. $13.50 for a cheeseburger, regular fries and medium drink. BAD EXPERIENCE~~~~ We spent $30 for two people, and were very disappointed. The lines were long, and the cashier got our order wrong (which we didn't realize until after our food came.) The food didn't match the receipt, we got items we didn't order, and didn't get items we did order. The burger buns were very thin, and got soggy very quickly. The milkshakes were very plain, nothing special for the price. The atmosphere was terrible, lots of noisy shouting. The cashier shouts to the cook, the milkshake guy shouting to the customers, the cooks shouting back to the cashier, then to the customer~~~YIKES, so much noise in such a small place made for a very loud and uncomfortable dining experience. The tables were dirty, peanut shells everywhere, the garbage cans were overflowing. For the price we paid, and the low quality of the food, we will DEFINITELY NOT be returning, and will not be recommending it to others, in fact, we will warn people of this place! read more

Let's start with their milkshakes at $3.99. Lots of flavors to choose from, but it was watery and tasted like chemicals. I asked if I could get a soft drink, which costs $1.89. I didn't mind just exchanging a soda cup form the bad milkshake. The cashier told me I would need to buy the pop. I then asked her what I needed to do to just get my money back on the milkshake. She hesitated and asked for the manager, who said, just give her a cup. We waited almost 15 minutes for a single burger with pickles, one hot dog plain, and the milkshake, which totaled $15.79. I asked how we could get a refund and was told I needed to get back in line for this. There was five people waiting in line. We simply left as we didn't have enough time on our lunch to get back in line. Very disappointed and won't be going back. read more
