Starbucks is pretty typical overall for the service they provide as well as the beverages. Today, my iced caramel macchiato tasted a little like burnt coffee. Also, I chose a non-dairy option and the sediment was quite a lot at the bottom of my cup. The staff was extremely friendly and they were not busy.We gotta order quickly, which was nice. Ok, so obviously everything there ought to cost about a nickel but does cost 5-10 bucks. So why the five star review? Because I'm a smart ass and I pointed this out while I was going through the drive through. I'm also hella funny - although that doesn't mean that everyone gets my sense of humor. But as I tore through the Starbucks menu, berating it line by line, the guy on the other side (who could have told me to get the hell out of there and never come back) played along like he was Scotty Pippen (if you're under 30 and don't know who that is, I don't care about you anyway, and you're damn right I'm MJ in this little story). When we pulled up all the baristas (what my parent's used to call Soda Jerks) were cracking up and Mike (might have been Mark or Matt) gave us a big bag of free cake pops (whatever the hell that is). The girl I was with was so happy! I tried to explain to her that it's about .47 cents worth of actual cake, but she insisted that this little brown bag (which they were going to throw out at the end of the night anyhow) had like thirty something bucks worth of cake on a stick in it. I tipped Mike, but I did so very cheaply cause that's who I am. I did however, eventually, write this good review. First, and likely only, time I'd ever do that for a Starbucks. Gas station coffee is just fine for me, or lord forbid you make your own, still Ava had a huge smile (and cake on a stick) for miles, and that's worth something. Ordered an iced coffee tonight and found a chunk of what looked like meat at the bottom of my drink. Very gross and disappointing.

I have no problem with waiting longer due to short staff or new staff but i can't handle a total lack of care. My drink was made wrong which it happens but I'm lactose intolerant & my drink was made with real milk not almond milk as requested. As you could guess it derailed my whole day & i could tell from the drink presentation it was half assed. Also, they had milk open and sitting out on the counter the whole time i was there... probably not the safest practice. read more

You pretty much know what to expect when going to Starbucks. The best coffee around for one. My Frappuccino addiction is emptying my pockets quick! I like to patronize smaller shops but I can't help myself once in awhile splurging on coffee that's consistent and dependable to get me going! The service here is exceptional and friendly. Pulled in and decided to go in instead of my normal drive-thru. I'm parked next to a mini-van with a child (assuming 2yrs old) strapped into a car seat ALONE. Go inside to complain only to find out it's an employees child, who had spent a good 20 min before returning to the vehicle, very sad anything could of happen even in a small town such as this town. worst starbucks ever. i don't know if they've switched staff or what, but it's awful. my first bad experience was with a teenage guy who i always see working the drive thru. i order my drink and hand him the money, he gives me my money back but it falls on the ground. i can't open my door to grab the money because i'm pulled up next to the window. he refuses to give me the change even though he was the one who dropped it on the ground. keep in mind that there was plenty of other change on the ground. my second bad experience happened a few weeks after. i ask for my usual drink, i proceed to the window and pull away. i take a drink and something isn't right. i notice that the milk is expired. it's thick and unable to be properly stirred at the bottom. the whole car smells like rotten milk. i take it back and the barista is very rude. she tells me that milk is supposed to be thick. i got my refund and went right over to biggby. never again. read more
