I stopped in to use my $1.99 smoothie coupon on my receipt from doing a survey a few weeks ago. To my surprise, it was also happy hour- $2.99 smoothies (had I not had my other deal!) This special goes on from 7-9am. Shayla was very friendly, especially for it being 7 in the morning. As always, my Lean Machine smoothie (a classic strawberry/banana combo with some supplements) was excellent. I also got an All-American breakfast wrap. I'm actually saving that for tomorrow's breakfast but it looks great! I've tried to recreate it at home and never succeeded. Two days of special breakfast for less than $6, what a bargain. Ordered a jerk chicken wrap to go. When I got home to eat it I realized that they forgot to put any chicken in the jerk CHICKEN wrap. It was basically just rice and a ton of lettuce. Not a single piece of chicken. I called in to let them know and they acted like I was lying. Paid $16 for a wrap with no chicken and a mediocre smoothie. The employees acted like they couldn't care less about their job. Maybe hire someone over the age of 17 who actually cares. read more

Ordered a "peanut butter cup" smoothie, which has three ingredients: chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. When I received it, it had NO chocolate, and there were visible unblended chunks of banana in it. My Smoothie Crush is the Island Green, no banana, add apple! I love how Kyle, the manager, knows my voice and my order when he answers the phone and I'm calling in my order in the mornings! As it's right off 95, I usually visit during happy hour on the way to work! I call in my "special" island green, and 5 minutes later I waltz in, pay with the app, hand over my refillable mug, and in no time flat I'm on my merry way and sipping my smoothie! I have never been to a tropical smoothie that I did not like. They are very consistent with how they serve their food and with their servers. My two favorite smoothies are the Chia banana smoothie with peanut butter and the Avocolada smoothie! I often get the hummus veggie wrap as well! I just get it without the chipotle ranch and the cheese. Two quick tips! First trip is that all tropical smoothies have free Wi-Fi; you just have to ask them for the password. Second tip is that if you were trying to have a healthy meal all of their smoothies have added sugars if you just ask for no sugar than it's it much more natural meal. I just thought of a third tip! In the mornings they have half off smoothies. I would look it up to doublecheck, but I'm pretty sure it's from 7 to 9am. read more

A nice change of pace on 210 where the norm are burger joints and sandwich shops. The thing I like most about this place is that while it's still technically fast food it feels a bit more elevated than the standard stuff you normally get. Think Subway but with what feel to be higher quality ingredients and interesting flavors that traditionally you don't see as often. The Cuban Pork sandwich was a special that I really enjoyed. From the nice greens and delicious mojo sauce playing nicely with the sweet pork I really enjoyed this sandwich. My other favorites are the soft tacos that they offer. There is an Asian chicken one that I really like with it's use of sesame oil and teriyaki. The smoothies are tasty and filling and can certainly act as a meal replacement as well. The staff are friendly, the store is clean and the food is tasty. If you want to not feel bloated after lunch then this is a good alternative. read more

My go to smoothie place but it is not consistent . You have to tell them specifically how you like it because so many smoothies I order come out differently. This specific location Is heavy with the ice and it come out watery or flavorless. The food is so so and a bit overpriced . I like the Jamaican jerk wrap and the wontons on top of their salads. My favorite smoothies are sunrise sunset, kiwi quencher , Bahamas mama and paradise point. I love the dessert smoothies with white chocolate in them ! Wasn't sure if I'd like this or not; but it's quickly become a 'go-to' place when we are on the run. The quality and flavor of the wraps are amazing. I absolutely love the jerk chicken, and highly recommend it. On the downside; a wrap usually isn't totally filling... I suggest grabbing a smoothie with your wrap. I've always been pleased with their smoothies as well. They have a great consistency, and a very good texture and flavor.... As much as I do like Tropical Smoothie; it isn't cheap. As a manager in the service industry I am appalled at the service of this store. Grace the "manager on duty" took my to go order and was rude on the phone. When I came into the store was not greeted and was rude, and there was no business. My smoothie was wrong, and when I called to ask to speak to a manager she answered by saying she was the manager and continued to be rude. I'm sure the owners of the store wouldn't appreciate their manager on duty acting that way. read more

Today was my first time eating at Tropical Smoothie . I switched up the ultimate club to a wrap minis bacon,adding extra turkey and onion with mayo on the side. Along with this order we got a Ceaser sandwich and a couple of smoothies to go. Nowadays when ordering something special like that or minus something you really have to cross your fingers that it's going to be even close to being correct.Jonah was spot-on ! This used to be a good location but something changed over the past 2 years. Food is too inconsistent and so are the smoothies. This is really going to be a quick review....as I only tried the Sunrise Sunset smoothie. I did not sample any of the healthy food offerings. The smoothie is 24oz..they only have one size. It's about $4.30.... Which is fair. The Sunrise Sunset smoothie I had was very good, and one I had had before at other establishments such as Jamba Juice and Smoothie King. I have quickly become a fan of Tropical Smoothie. I really like the Caribbean Luau Flatbread, and the Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap is really good (but prepare for the heat)! Smoothies are always great, the food on the other hand is hit or miss. If your ok with deli meat that's heated it's good but I can't stand the taste when the water drips out of that type of meat after being heated. I say it's hit or miss because some sandwiches are made with heated whole pieces of chicken which taste much better. The breakfast I cannot recommend, while the portions are big, the eggs were horrid. I assume their pre-made, like subway, but microwaved vs using the toaster oven. Eggs have a certain look and texture after being microwaved and their eggs definitely had that going for them, it's not good. I do recommend the Jamaican Jerk Chicken it's good but skip the Thai chicken it was too little. read more

Ordered a Caribbean jerk chicken bowl from this location and was severely disappointed with the amount of food they gave for about $7.15. They put only 3 small strips of grilled chicken and less than a fourth of a cup of rice in (I measured because this is ridiculous). The bowl is about 4 inches high yet they put in less than 1 inch of food. NEVER buy food from here. read more
