I always like to get the protein and yogurt options in my smoothies because you can barely taste it with it being mixed in with the delicious fruits. Nothing ruins a smoothie/food vibe faster than pulling out a surprise strand that definitely wasn't on the ingredient list. Hair nets exist for a reason. I've also contacted the restaurant and corporate multiple times to get this addressed and to receive a refund. They told me I will get the refund... they just "don't know when" -- which honestly feels about as reassuring as the hair situation. What really gets me is how places like this stay in business when you scroll through the reviews and see this isn't exactly a one-off issue. Sure, being opened 24 hours may be true but their entire menu will not be available. We arrived on a Saturday night around 10pm (once again...it's 10pm...on a Saturday...in Las Vegas....not like it's 2am on a random Wednesday). This location has great customer service - friendly, efficient, and they make great tasting smoothies. The only downside is that there is no drive thru but that is not a deal breaker for me. I love that they have many fruit and juice based smoothie options with and without dairy (I am lactose free so this is so important to me and usually I have to make a special request or my options are limited; but here I have plenty of choices). Staff is friendly and approachable. I was the only one in the story and the staff stopped what she was doing to come over and greet me, and then proceeded to take my order. I took a moment to decide since the menu has many good options and it's been a while since I have not been here in a while. I decided to order the Sunrise Sunset, which is strawberries, pineapple, mango, and orange juice. The worker told me this was her favorite morning smoothie to. My smoothie was done quickly and tasted so good; literally like a tropical paradise. I am starving and I came in here to get a quick smoothie and a bite to eat. I was standing in line for a few minutes, one employee walked out of the business. The other employee in the back looked at me, had a miserable look on their face, and then looked away. I already know how these things go and I'm not going to stand here begging for service or waiting 10 minutes just for recognition. The girl that ordered food behind me was super sweet and said "yeah I know it looks like there's only one person. I'm so sorry, I ordered something before you. " I felt so bad for this girl because she was also waiting for quite a while. This location also looked pretty dirty on the inside and I was a little bit nervous about ordering from here anyway. Needless to say, I walked out and now I'm going to try to find somewhere with better service that can get me a quick bite to eat. So sad to see how crappy this location is now. I spent most of my high school years coming to this locations and stopped by to place an order while visiting my mom. Upon entering, the service and vibe was already bad. I was not greeted by the three employees in the front playing loud music obviously coming from their phones (I love good background music when I go out and eat, but this was just unprofessional and out of place). Just stared at until I walked up and ordered. Dolores continued to stare at me as I say "hi," and place my order, still not a word or smile from her. When I'm done ordering she just states the total, and I ask if I can split the payment and pay in cash and card, because I was 20¢ off in cash. Without saying a word to me, she drags her tip jar slowly, stares at me, and shuffles around in there to grab two dimes. At this point I HONESTLY think she's joking and thought maybe she was keeping a charade going on, because there was no way I was receiving that kind of service for real? So I chuckle and she doesnt laugh, just opens the register, takes my money, then goes to make my order of three drinks. As I'm waiting, another employee tells Dolores that she would make the drinks because she was already in the little kitchen area. So Dolores continues to take orders. When she's done, she tries to look for the third employee that was up front with them (Caroline?) and just continues walking around the shop calling for her name. When the employee in the kitchen says "She's cleaning the bathroom," Dolores just goes "Oh, girl I really thought she was hiding and crying somewhere." I felt so bad for Caroline, 'cause I'm sure she was crying and hiding, I would be too if I worked in a toxic ass work environment like this. Anyway, I grab 20¢ from my ashtray to place back in their tip jar, get my drinks, still say thank you, and left without them having really acknowledge me at all. Glad there are other locations, because I still love their smoothies and will gladly take my business to where employees are properly trained. Read the other reviews and don't stop by this location. This place is horrible. Blaring music with profanity and the employees are just dancing and pretending to fight/swing at each other instead of making food orders. Every single time I walk into this place it is like a ghetto nightclub with cheap speakers on maximum volume. Horrendous! The woman in there was acting rude and loud talking about how she beat someone up and demonstrated how she was hitting her. This place could be so good but seems corporate just does not care. I'm adding to this review. I went back today to get a Thai chicken wrap. It wasn't extremely loud today, however there was a safety pin in my chicken wrap. I tried to call the store, no answer. I placed a mobile order while on a delivery route knowing this location was right along my way. The order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 2:04 pm. I arrived at 2:10, and it was not ready. The employee told me it would be just a few minutes and they were finishing up, but after 8 more minutes, they went back themself to make some mobile orders because they clearly weren't being made. I placed a mobile order because I have timed deliveries, and I was trying to be efficient to where I could just stop and grab something. I don't have lunch breaks when I am on routes, so I did this in an attempt to be efficient. Not only did I end up waiting 20+ minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, but I then was almost late to my deliveries as a result. The store was empty when I walked in, so there's no reason it should've taken that long. After over 20 minutes of waiting in store, they asked again about my order and proceeded to tell me they didn't have the item I ordered in stock. I don't know why they didn't call me or why they lied when I walked in and said it was being made, but I spent the last of my money on this meal to not even be able to get it.
