It's always so clean and the music is a nice touch. I placed two orders of the Thai Chicken Wrap & Açaí Berry Smoothie this came with a side, I chose Jalapeño chips. ($14 each) so goooooood!!! today is February 19 25. I visited the store around noon time and I got a smoothie. I told the girl what I wanted in it and she already put the amount without including two other vitamin C immune that I told her so she called over the owner. I'm assuming it was a female there was also a male there trying to tell the new staff what to do about food allergies but the lady have to charge her separate but then she said just give it to her so she continue taking customers the cashier Gabrielle H she didn't even make sure that I got what I wanted in my drink very disappointed I will not be back again. Ordered a catering order for 12 people (nothing too big). Called 24 hours before placing the order and was told (by the manager no less) to call the next morning at 9am, to place my 11am order. I call the next day place the order for 12 wraps for 11am. They took my credit information and placed the order. At 11:35am, I walk in to pick my order and it had not even been started and that it would take 15 minutes for the order to be made. Here's the kicker, the manager asks me if I want to cancel the order?! of course I could not cancel as this was an order meant for a meeting the fact that she would ask me that question was unbelievable. To make things even better, when paying I was asked it I wanted to leave a tip?!!! Have my order on time and I'll consider leaving you a tip. Will not be using this place again. my go-to smoothie spot in the Dr. Phillips area. there's only one size and it's super filling. there's a variety of fruity and sweet smoothies. my favorites are the Sunrise Sunset (strawberry, pineapple, mango, OJ), Bahama Mama (strawberry, pineapple, white chocolate, coconut), and the Peanut Butter Cup (peanut butter, banana, chocolate). everything is made to order, super fresh, and so good! the staff is also super friendly and the service is quick. there's a restroom inside along with some seating. read more

Both were good, but we preferred the Avocolada, as the Jetty was just a little too sweet. Tropical smoothie is always a good option for a quick, fruity snack. I was immediately impressed with how clean it was - something that's a definite plus when you're ordering fresh foods. They had a wide variety of smoothies and I couldn't decide with of two to get (orange ginger glow or sunrise sunset), so I got both and figured I'd just drink half of each. My go to healthy lunch place! The turkey apple Dijon sandwich is where it's at! Creamy apple and kale slaw on toasted multigrain bread with turkey and a zing of Dijon mustard. It takes them a little while to make it, so maybe preorder it on their app? But it's worth the wait. Pair that with one of their smoothies that is always just the right consistency, not too icey and no disgusting yogurt base or any of those weird frothy "boosts" that most places add. I usually get the sunrise sunset that has orange juice, strawberries, mangos and pineapple. Tons of vitamin C! I hate to give this place 3 stars, but despite the food and smoothies being great, the service is subpar. The staff knows nothing about the menu. I've been there many times and if I ask about a new product or ask for any substitutions in my food; it either takes 10 minutes for them to understand and respond---of course that's after me repeating my order a few times, or they get my order wrong. In one occasion, I asked the cashier to put Beyond Meat (their meat substitute that is advertised all over the place) in my wrap. Since stated, "what?" I repeated once more and she stated, "you mean vegetable meat?" I was confused, but then I asked, "is that the same as beyond meat?" Considering that is what it's called in its advertisements. She then responded, with a hint of annoyance, "there is chicken and vegetable meat, which would you like?" By then I was hoping my order was not wrong. In the end, I realized she had no clue what beyond meat was, hence there was sign right to the left of the register. Nonetheless, my food was great. I just wish ordering at this location wasn't such an arduous task. I usually don't expect gold star service at fast foodish locations, because many times you are talking to a high school student who is primarily there for a check or someone who is getting paid very little for hard work (which is why I only complain in extreme circumstances). There are two things I notice when I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The first thing is no matter how early you place your order by phone or what time of day you arrive, their staff always seems to be in the tall grass. So, be prepared to wait. They often have team members standing around or completing tasks which are not necessary at that moment all the while there is one maybe two people rushing to get orders completed. The second thing I notice is how filling their smoothies are. I usually get two smoothies off the menu, the Sunrise Sunset or Acai Berry. Both are usually done well and enjoyable. This location seems to be super busy around lunch but the staff has it under control which I love. I usually am able to get in and out of there with no issues or problems. The food is delicious and one of my favorite flatbreads there is the banana granola crunch one. It is served all day not just during breakfast. Also they have so many different great smoothies that you can get without sugar which makes me feel a lot healthier! The Chi Banana and Island Green are my faves ;) The parking is a little bit tight, but that is because this location is in a strip mall with a ton of other stores and restaurants. My parcticular favorite choice in ordering here was the option to pick a half entree (like 1/2 sandwich, soup or salad) paired with a regular sized smoothie. My old stand-by was the Thai salad, with the crunchy wonton bits...mmm. It was a great option for picking up before work, because I'd drink the smoothie then, then enjoy the 'meal' during my lunch break. The thing about this location that minused a star for me is the fact that it just didn't 'look' the name. Stopped in for a quick lunch because wraps are my favorite lunch item... We ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wrap, the buffalo chicken wrap, and the Hawaiian BBQ flat bread... The wrap's were just as I remembered them, buffalo chicken may have had too much sauce on it... but everyone seemed to be happy with their sandwich...
