Walked in and was told they were working on my mobile order. Waited for 20 minutes then asked again and said they didn't know what was going on. Finally went over to the mobile order kiosk and it was sitting there the whole time. I don't understand why they said they were working on it when they weren't. For months, the location in Owasso has been in nose dive decline. The straw that finally broke the camels back was waiting 25 minutes on a mobile order for like that 5th time in a row. I made a Google review indicating disappointment. 2 days later, I get a call from a local number. THE MANAGER HUNTED MY NUMBER TO TALK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!!! I NEVER asked anyone to call me. I filled out their survey asking to be contacted via email only. So, why go any other avenue than what the customer wants?? The attitudes match everything else at the Owasso store. Has to be one of the slowest if not the slowest Jimmy John's I've been to and this is going on the last four or five times I've been in here. They also don't check your order to see what you added or what you didn't want on the sandwich, they just see that you ordered a sandwich and make it how it comes which is very annoying and there is no point in having the customizable section and is also bad business if someone has an allergy to something. read more

I absolutely love Jimmy John's sandwiches and have been enjoying them for around the last decade (different locations) However, I have never been to a location that is as poorly run as the one in owasso. Although the staff is super friendly, with every wave of turnover that they have, I've been in several times where the entire staff is outside, chitchatting or taking vape breaks, while I am inside eating. I've never worked at the restaurant business, but I would assume you aren't supposed to leave guests, unattended around inventory and money. Not to mention, when you put in an order on the app, you never really know if they have a driver that day or if the driver is there. Last thing I'll say about this location, it's a gamble when you want to eat there because you don't know if they are open or not due to staff issues. read more

lol I've been sitting here for 40 minutes waiting on my food while 2 people who got here after me have gotten theirs and left.

I started out as somewhat of a fan of Jimmie John's based on my first foray, and compared to Subway, which I pretty much detest. All that said, lat time in was a disappointment to say the least. I buy a sub because I want some meat on a bun, along with an appropriate amount of greenery. What I got was a salad on a bun. Very little meat or cheese. Honestly, for the price there are better subs to be had in Owasso, notably Giant, or the ever faithful Bill and Ruth's. Giant is probably a tad pricier than JJs, but it's a far better sandwich. Bill and Ruth's just never fails to deliver. I've never had any issues with wait staff at JJs, but I don't go to socialize, I go to eat, and if I want a salad, I'll go to a salad place. Just another reason why I'm pretty much disenfranchised with franchises like Jimmie John's. read more

My first impression of this place was not the best. After ordering 2 sandwiches, 1 bag of chips, a pickle and 2 drinks and paying a little over $20 we found there was no sweetener for the tea or napkins in sight. It seemed very strange for a restaurant like this to be stingy with basic necessities. Both items were given to us after asking, I just wish they made it all readily available. I had the unwich version of the Italian Night Club which had various Italian cold cuts, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, Italian dressing & mayo in a lettuce wrap instead of a sub roll. It was quite delicious. The meats were of excellent quality and the dressings perfectly compliment them. It is a bit messy to eat the unwich, even though they wrap it up for you and you are meant to tear the paper away from the top as you eat it. The pickle was a high quality deli style pickle and was also delicious. The service was fast and friendly and we will definitely be coming back. I may never go to Subway again. I do wish they delivered to our house. It's unfortunate because we live less than 2 miles from the store but are out of their delivery range. Oh well, it's worth the short drive! read more

Not Freaky Fast by any stretch of the imagination. Went for lunch today, ordered 1 sandwich. The people on the line were too busy taking to one another, they forgot to make my sandwich. I absolutely hate this JJs, but Owasso is where I work and this location is the only one here. Staff was rude and unaccommodating when we showed them that my wife's sandwich was bare with very little guacamole. She Said "That's where its supposed to be at..." when my wife showed her the small drop of guacamole.... then she just walked away. The sandwich was dry, bread hard, meet wasn't fresh... bad experience 3 times in a row. We won't go back. What's worse is that the assistant manager said he was going to remake the sandwich. Yet he never addressed us or come to the table. He said that the girl told him about the sandwich not being to our satisfaction. $20 for 2 sandwiches I expect a damn good sub. I could go to Subway if I wanted a mediocre sub. Lastly, there was 6 employees. Not one would make eye contact with me when I took our food back up to the register and demanded a refund. I visited for the first time and I wasn't impressed, all cold subs not a lot of different dressing options, and the bread was SO HARD. Sandwiches were a bit pricy for what you got.
