I've been wanting to try this place for a while and was finally able to come here for lunch. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. I got the chicken pesto flatbread and it was delicious! I really loved the bread. Crispy and warm outside and soft inside. The chicken had a good flavor. My old eyes would have liked a larger font or the menu boards to be closer. Food - I had the Pomegranate Plunge which as you would guess it has pomegranate plus banana, cranberry, and strawberries. I added soy protein to help me through the morning. That went down to easy, it was great. Service - There was an issue with the customer before me with their mobile rewards. That was just crazy. Acai bowl is so beautiful visually and tastes so amazing. The jerk wrap and southwest wrap smelled so good I could hardly wait to eat them. Perfect toastyness on the wrap. First impressions: it's bright and colorful in here, the staff is friendly, and the menu and space is vast. We were greeted and staff was knowledgeable about menu items and offered suggestions to us. We ordered the Acai Berry Boost and Chia Banana Max smoothies and a Baja Chicken wrap and Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Flatbread. It was great having a meal and not feeling bad about it! It was extremely filling and delivious. The smoothies are huge! It took me an hour to drink mine. The chicken wrap was not messy and tasted light although it had beans and rice in it. I love this place! It's a great alternative to fast food! It's still fast food only healthier. The smoothies are fantastic and you can add supplements, Such as Protein powder, energizer, fat burner, and Vitamins to make them even healthier. I always love the smoothies when we visit Tropical Smoothie. However today I ordered my usual and there was something very different about it. Chicken Pesto. The chicken was different it was diced up very small where it used to be strips and it seemed like less meat overall. The Tomato also served on the sandwich was no longer sliced it was diced. To me it felt like a sneaky way to try and give me less and still charge me the same if not more. I go to other Tropical Smoothies and the quality is better at other restaurants. read more

I stop by here after going to the gym about 3 times a week. Everyone here is very nice and do a great job at turning out really good food. I get a flat bread sandwich and a smoothie to go. The only area I would like to see a change is getting fresher fruit choices in the baskets you pick from. I normally choose a piece of fruit instead of chips as my side with the sandwich. But, the fruit is normally over ripe from sitting there. If this changes I will redo my review. read more

This cafe was a diamond in the rough for us on our road trip through the Midwest. We found it more difficult than normal to visit healthy spots with relatively quick access off the highway. The wait was about 7 minutes for two smoothies, which in my opinion is typical. Plenty of seating and clean bathrooms, friendly service, and a lot of choices on the menu. 4 stars because the flavor was a bit bland and tasted more like blended ice than a smoothie, but overall it was still great and a really nice break from the junk food we had been eating! read more

Glad to have Beyond Meat as an option for us vegetarians, they were very nice to show me what ingredients were in certain items since I'm also gluten free. It's expensive for such a small amount of food sadly. Still, you should check it out if you are in the mall area and you want a healthy option. read more

Made the mistake of getting a wrap at a smoothie shop. Wrap was garbage but the smoothies are good. Girls that work here are assholes too, I'm nobody special but I'm still a grown man, and you should probably talk to customers like you're actually on the clock. read more
