ordered a founders special , for the second time this month they used chicken instead of steak . had to bring the sandwich back to the shop from west paducah only to have to pay for another sandwich to be made at 20%. you would think that if your staff was so incompetent that they couldn't even read an order correctly the manager would be giving away sandwiches at the ready for free. but i guess the fact that i had to drive back up to his shop after i was already home matters not to him. train your workers how to read. thanks bud. read more

Aweful. I ordered the philly cheese steak and some nachos. Supposedly these are "the best nachos in Paducah". Boiled meat on top of lame limp tortilla chips. Concession stand nachos are better. . The sub was just "ok". read more

This store is saved by it's great food. I've been a few times and every time, I tell myself "Nope, not again". After a year or so, though, I forget and go back. It's just not well-suited for a large family and it winds up being pretty expensive. For a group of 8 today (4 were little kids), it wound up being $70. I think that's too much for fast food, right? The service part was also tough today. They aren't likely to get your name accurately and then when they call it out, they are likely to say it quietly and not very clearly. We were there for 30 minutes and didn't see many easy food deliveries. In fact, they gave me the wrong person's order before they realized it. All of that being said, the food is super good. I'm also glad to see that they have malt vinegar, which is a favorite on these kind of fries. read more

It WAS THE WORST COUSTMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! I just moved here so I don't know all the names of roads yet. But I described the location & everything around it by name. They said I had the right location!! So..... I placed my order. Only to get there & they tell me it's the other location 10 Miles away! So I asked 4 them to fix it & let me place the order where I was standing cuz I was Given wrong information. They yelled at me & was so very rude also acting as if it was MY Fault! I asked the appropriate questions for the location.......! Then had the nerve to ask me to pay for the order at the location 10 miles away and repurchase it where I was standing! So they wanted me to pay for 4 sandwiches and only get 2! I never raised my voice. And the manager did nothing but interrupt me and continue to yell at me telling me to shut up.. And all I was trying to do is understand why they couldn't just transfer the order because he said it was owned by the same person.. Then come to find out he claimed to be the owner.. But he is not!!!!!! I don't like a business that lies and I don't like a business that doesn't accept when they make a mistake.. I would have recommended this place without this incident but incident but no one and I repeat no 1 deserves to be treated the way we were today. Mediocre subs. The bread was a little dry. The biggest complaint is the prices. For 2 MEDIUM subs 1 shared order of MEDIUM fries and 2 fountain drinks ended up costing $35. $10 more than I was expecting to spend. read more

Great sub shop. On the same level as Potbelly's. They use high quality meats, which causes some people to complain about lack of meat on sandwiches. Only offer white bread. I love the Italian. Great balance between meat veggies and bread. Fresh cut fries are very good they actually have malt vinegar for the fries. Not the cheapest but high quality. read more

Best subs in town. East coast style subs. Service is always good, and the food is always fresh! Hand squeezed lemonade! This place is not cheap, but you get great quality food here. You will easily spend 9 bucks on an average sub combo here. More like $12 if u get a large size and a drink. The atmosphere is always good, clean restaurant with table seating and lots of room to move around for a sub place. The veggies and sauces are really good here, and always fresh! They bring the food to your table here after u order, and offer to clean it up usually. High quality subs, with decent portion sizes. I ordered food from this place tonight. The two girls were actually sharing an inside joke and laughing when I got to the register to pay for my order. The order had the name "jello" attached to it as opposed to my name. The girl at the register continued to laugh and look at the other girl. Unfortunately, the food was so, so and the two girls messed up my order. So, I ended up paying money for substandard food, got made fun of and didn't get what I paid for. Nice...Someone should explain that if you're 20 something, and working fast food on the evening shift, you might not want to make fun of your customers especially if you can't get the order right. Remember girls, you're not bright and you make sandwiches. Make fun of yourselves first. I will never eat there again. read more

Went late night on a Tuesday and they served us up real quick and gave us extra fries and my boys cookies for free. The Philly cheese was good and the pizza and veggie sub were also enjoyed. Was a nice stop for us on the road and even though we were close to close the employees were kind, quick and didn't make us feel rushed or unwelcomed. read more
