    Peanut Paradise Smoothie
    Nathaniel D.

Love tropical smoothie! I always recommend their chicken pesto flatbread. I've never gotten a bad one, chicken is cooked well, with a bunch of veggies and fresh flatbread. They also load up the pesto! For smoothies, i like the peanut paradise (peanut butter and banana) alongside the triple berry oat. Both were delicious and pretty standard smoothies. Everything is customizable and can be as cheap/simple or expensive as you'd like. Download the app too to accumulate points!

The Hummus Veggie wrap was so good!! Def recommend the mango magic smoothie too!

My wrap was so good! And my mango magic smoothie lasted almost all day - it was awesome.

very slow and poor customer service

my experience kinda pissed me off. i came here to pick up a smoothie and a bag of chips, why did i get here at 11:03 and it's now 11:15? no sign of when my order gone be ready. everybody in here pissed off, the employees talking trash about their manager because he (or she) forced them to work this early morning sunday shift, and i got places to be. i just got my stuff as im making this review and my smoothie is liquid. all i know is, this young man and young lady are about to need an ambulance soon if they don't stop playin with people's food, time, and money.

    Chipotle Chicken Club

Called in an order for 2 chicken clubs and 2 tropicooladas , got there around 15 mins after i called, only my smoothies were made, took 20 minutes for them to finish my 2 sandwiches while i watch everyone else get the food they just ordered, get home and get ready to dig in and theres no bacon on my sandwich. Im not the type to get upset over fast food service but this is unacceptable i did not pay 25 dollars for 2 sandwiches and smoothies for the sandwich i ordered to not have the ingredients that come on the sandwich. very unsatisfied, feel like ive been robbed of my $25 , definitely not going again and if i were you i wouldnt eat here either

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I literally pass three other tropical smoothie stores to get my smoothies from this location. Not only do they taste the best, by a lot! But they are so consistent, I've always had an amazing experience. All the other tropical smoothie stores in Brevard County are hit or miss, (especially the one between Sarno and Eau Gallie on Wickham, they suck on a very consistent basis) The other tropical smoothies, even their best days don't compare with the smoothies from the Palm bay store on Babcock. I know it sounds far-fetched, but I'm telling you the truth, this place is by far THE BEST tropical smoothie café I've ever been to in the States.

After smacking it on the side a few times and shaking it, I found it to be working correctly, so I proceeded to Carmen's Restaurant and Catering in Palm Bay, FL. What a world of difference! Carmen is the proprietor and a one-woman show and boyo, let me tell ya, she sure shines. I found Carmen's menu to be a joy to behold, as eclectic as my vinyl collection. As such, I decided to go in a different direction today and steered away from the traditional Jamaican fare such as Jerk Chicken and Curried Goat and went with an order of Carmen's Fried Chicken with sides of rice, beans and potato salad along with an order of her Bang Bang Fried Shrimp Tacos (the same name as the drek at the horrid Bonefish Grill) with fries. As Carmen got to work on my eats, I took in the interior. I found it to be open, welcoming, bright, and cheery, not unlike the owner! Carmen was out in no time with my foodstuffs. Taking a few before pictures, I got to work. I turned my attention and palate to the Fried Chicken. The first thing I noticed was the crunch of the coating. If you look at the picture I've attached, you can see what I mean. That coating was slathered on without care for conservation. It wasn't too much, it was just enough. The chicken, blanketed in a tender, juicy, succulent coating, tasted superb. The rice and beans were well-cooked and seasoned with love. The potato salad, like everything else, I assume was made by Carmen and if your Grandmother makes a better potato salad, I will eat these words! I can't speak for you, but when I hear or read the words, Bang Bang, I immediately think of three things. First, playing cops and robbers as a child and "shooting" the bad guy with my finger gun while shouting, "Bang! Bang!" The second is the Bollywood bad remake of a worse film, "Bang Bang!" The third thing I think of is Chinese Street Chicken. None of this has anything to do with Carmen's Bang Bang Fried Shrimp Tacos, other than the Bang Bang sauce is loosely based on the Chinese Street Chicken tossing sauce. Carmen's Bang Bang sauce was a mixture of mayo, spicy stuff and it was mahvalous, dahling! The shrimp were coated with the same love and care as the chicken and were just as tender and juicy. Got Dayum! Carmen knows her way around a kitchen. I can only assume these are her recipes as well. She should open a restaurant and share this with...oh, wait. Never mind. With this meal and the success of the Fried Chicken at Cajun Soul, my hopes have been raised considerably. The Big Boy says, "If you want good eats served with love and a friendly smile, visit Carmen. Tell her the Big Boy sent ya (it's safe this time)!"

If you have ever been to Jamaica, then you would love the food here. I even got their beef patties with sauce. I could make a meal with those alone. They are so good. Well packed with meat and flavor, the sauce just adds to it and takes it over the top. When we finished, I had a very happy tummy. There is more I want to try, so I will definitely be going back. They have signs that they do a Sunday brunch and will have to give that a try. If you use credit or debit cards they do add a 4% fee. Have noticed a lot of places are doing that now. Just another reason to carry some cash. But even if you don't 4% really isn't that back as their food is worth it. Stop in give they a try.

Plenty of seating and the area near the counter seems to be a bit cooler. An extensive menu with plenty of choices. I settled on the T Street wrap which was chicken salad in a spinach tortilla with carrots spinach and avocado. Flavor was pretty good and plenty of crunch from the carrots. The chicken salad was a tad dry for me so next time I will ask for extra mayo to add in. It came with tortilla chips (from a bag I would imagine and they tasted like it) and some of their homemade beet hummus. A hard pass next time. Not my thing apparently. Also it says it comes with tomato. Missing on my wrap. Just noticed reviewing the menu. That may have helped with the dryness. They had a cooler that had drinks in it, but the bottle of tea I grabbed was warm. They also have a thing of water you can help yourself to. But it could have used some ice. It was room temp. But free. Busy cafe and they were pumping out the food and drinks. Coffee drinks appeared to be very popular from my vantage point. Gonna have to give it a go again and try a bowl. Normally I would have only done three stars but the staff was very friendly and smiled when they brought my food to me, extra star for the vibe.

That's the kind of commitment that deserves respect... The French onion grilled cheese isn't just a menu item, it's a moment. The kind that forces you to pause mid-bite and reassess life. Gooey, unapologetically rich cheese melted into perfectly chewy sourdough, delivering that deep, savory French onion flavor in every bite. It's indulgent without being sloppy, bold without trying too hard. And yes, it comes with au jus--but here's the thing: it's almost not needed. Almost. That sandwich stands on its own.
