Love tropical smoothie! I always recommend their chicken pesto flatbread. I've never gotten a bad one, chicken is cooked well, with a bunch of veggies and fresh flatbread. They also load up the pesto! For smoothies, i like the peanut paradise (peanut butter and banana) alongside the triple berry oat. Both were delicious and pretty standard smoothies. I am very pregnant and have been craving a smoothie all day. I went on my lunch break after placing an order on the app. I arrived ant the correct location and went in 10min before it was set to be ready for pickup. At the counter where they had the mobile orders for pick up, I didn't even see my own order. I was ignored until 5min after the pickup time when I asked for help and was treated rudely as if they were upset I even spoke to them. I asked about my order, showing them the confirmation on the app and they said 'well DoorDash is over here' I told her 'it wasn't through DoorDash, it was on the app' and she said 'well we don't have it' in the nastiest tone like she couldn't be bothered with me. Food and Smoothies are fairly consistent, but the service is "The Worst". I order from here daily and never fails that they are slower than a turtle race even when not busy. It's obviously a lack of work ethic and common sense. They often put app orders in the freezer without calling for the name waiting on it. The most frustrating thing is the bad attitudes on top of it all. It's common sense someone will be frustrated waiting 20min for a single smoothie, but if you mention it, they get mad. But they are so consistent, I've always had an amazing experience. All the other tropical smoothie stores in Brevard County are hit or miss, (especially the one between Sarno and Eau Gallie on Wickham, they suck on a very consistent basis) The other tropical smoothies, even their best days don't compare with the smoothies from the Palm bay store on Babcock. I come here pretty frequently because of their healthier food options than fast food restaurants. Their food and smoothies have never disappointed me, but their service is pretty inconsistent. I always order online since I only have a half hour lunch break and I need to pick up quickly to go back to work, but there are times where I order ahead and I still have to wait 15-20 minutes once I get there to get my food. There have been times I felt that the people who were in line to order were taken care of before the people that have ordered ahead (What's the point of ordering ahead if they are going to be ignored at pick up?). Whenever I want a light "lunch," I either just get a meal replacement smoothie, Peanut Paradise with Pea protein since it has high protein and fiber content, or a flatbread, chipotle chicken is my favorite. I have stopped ordering both because it is a bit too much, unless I am starving, and when I order both, they don't usually come out at the same time. With the exception of the asian female who has been there for a long time. There is woman who is mostly on register, she never smiles, had neck tattoos and can come off as rude. My wife and I purchase lots of smoothies here. Always been good. Very disappointed with their false promotion today. All advertising (emails, website, in-store signage, etc.) stated free smoothie from 2 to 7pm today if you wear flip flops. We both bought flip flops for this occasion today. When we walked in the door, there were computer printed signs stating that the free smoothies were no longer available. They were telling some patrons that they were out of the free smoothie. Others were told that they gave away their designated 500 smoothies. When asked for a better explanation, they were not all that nice. Funny, yesterday when I was in there buying my smoothie, I told them that I would be in tomorrow for Flip Flop day. They reminded me of the time - 2 to 7. Never mentioned a 500 smoothie limit. When I complained they proceed to argue with me, they told me I did that often and preceded call was racist(which I'm not), rude, then told me I wasn't allowed to eat there anymore. they wouldn't even give me my money back. Then to add insult to injury the manager called my boss (even though it I didn't get any trouble it was still unprofessional).
