After the girl took an order, she went on to help at least four other cars that arrived after I did, even though she looked right at my car multiple times, so she knew I was there. By the time I was finally helped, I was already frustrated. I explained what had happened to the girl who came up, and she just said, "Sorry, I just got here," which didn't really address the situation. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. I go to the Palm Bay 7Brew all the time and never have problems, but every time I end up at the Malabar one, it's something like this.
