I was surprised by the size of the wrap, bigger then I anticipated. I got the buffalo chicken, with just the right amount of buffalo sauce. I was worried that the chicken would've been tough but it really wasn't. The food came out quick, which was good because I was on my lunch break and didn't order ahead. The detox green smoothie was good, it had enough sweetness for it being naturally sweetened. I spent 16$ which I thought was pricey for a wrap and smoothie but considering the sizes, I guess it's okay and it also came with your choice of chips/fruit. Some places are night and day depending on location. I was near this area so I thought I'd pop in for a quick pick-me-up. This one was busy and trash piled up in the back. Cashiers were snacking on their food at the register then going to make smoothies. No hand washing in sight. Lord, I just had to pray extra hard on this smoothie. I stopped by with my kids after a dentist appt next door and Kiki was great! She made some great suggestions we all loved out orders. I had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was so good that my kids ate most of it even though they "were not hungry" The smoothies were great too. I ordered a PB Cup with 2 scoops whey. What I got was an Icy Banana shake. They put the whey in but forgot the chocolate and not much peanut butter and added so much ice that in the end, half of the smoothie was left over in the blender so I got half my whey banana b*llsh*t smoothie. Great spot for the healthier lunch options! Let me just touch on the wait staff although they seemed pretty young they were very attentive and able to make some solid suggestions from the menu. I was trying to decide on a flat bread 3 great ones I wanted. Chipotle, Cali and the newest one was a Chicken Apple Club. Went to tropical smoothies at other locations and never had a problem but this was an absolute shit show. I walked in and saw two employees yelling and cursing at each other while they were guest watching and waiting for food. They were very unorganized in the way they assembled their mobile orders and orders for the guest. When guest would come up to inquire about their smoothies the employees would completely ignore them or talk to them in a rude manner. I highly recommend that the store manager or owner come in and re-evaluate the staff he has because in my years of coming to tropical smoothie, I've never seen this. I waited 40 minutes for my smoothie and chipotle wrap and wasn't even offered a refund or at least an apology for the wait. read more

I was intending it for the Jupiter location on Indiantown. I will be certain to leave it for them. However, before deleting my review I decided to visit the Northlake location to see if my experience was any better. It was a better, service was much more pleasant. They still messed up my order, but at least it didn't take an excessive amount of time to be prepared. I was in the mood for a smoothie on my drive home so I googled smoothie and this place popped up. Decor is really cute and rustic looking. All the food and smoothies looked really good I didn't know what I wanted. The girl at the front was really nice though. I ordered an Island Green Smoothie but I never got to try it. Apparently someone else was given my drink and I ended up with hers. The girl who made the smoothie was honest about it and offered to make me my actual drink but I didn't mind. I just took the other person's drink. What I got instead was the Avocolada and it was really good. I can taste hints of coconut and lime in it. It's also nice and creamy from the avocado. I do want to try the Island green next time. I also ordered a Thai chicken wrap and that was pretty decent too. It came with a choice of chip or slaw. I choose the slaw, big mistake. I shoulda went with the chips. The slaw was literally 3 big pieces of kale, some small old chunks of green apple that were turning brown, and some type of honey mustard dressing just thrown on top. It wasn't even mixed in. It wasnt a slaw. If anything, it was a tiny salad for a mouse inside a souffle cup. The wrap itself wasn't too bad. The flavors were there, sweet, spicy, and tangy. There was some pleasant crunch inside too. Only thing was that I wished the peanut sauce was mixed unto the lettuce. One side of the wrap with the sauce was good. The side with the lettuce was just bland. Like just eatting a dressing-less salad inside a wrap. I may ask for extra sauce on the side next time or something. The wrap itselt was nicely toasted and wasn't too doughy. I'll probably come back to try again but something else, and no slaw. Never going for that again, it was gross and the only reason why I took away a star. Was originally going to give this place 4 stars. read more

The air conditioner in the store wasn't working so they had to keep the door open. That was no problem. The problem that I had was driving 20 minutes home and finding out my sandwich has no ranch when that's one of the key listed ingredients after waiting for the sandwich for about 5 minutes and finding out that it wasn't placed with my drink in the pickup station. When I got home I was upset about the order not being made properly but I became much more irritated when finding out I had no each at home to add on the the sandwich myself.
