Food was done in a rush when the building had not had any sort of crowd or movement yet. Did not taste good compared to when I usually get it, i've lived here 3 years and have never had a bad experience till this visit. The girls were all young women or teenagers but extremely hostile and rude. The girl who took my order looked hispanic and shorter but was very impatient and unfriendly. I tried to use my rewards on two separate purchases which i've done before to which she just said "you can't do that" and then kept zoning out while taking my order. The girls who delivered my food slammed it on the counter and walked away not even confirming who it's for. I don't think i'll be back any time soon, the treatment was terrible, the food was terrible and the drinks were basically half full. Wow! $9 for a half full cup that already has half its size cut off from the shortened bottom on the cup?! What a steal! I hadn't tried this place because I thought the smoothies were too pricey at $7 plus $1 add ons but after looking at the ingredients and their food menu, it is not pricey at all! I have been an avid customer for over 2yrs now 5 days a week sometime 2 visits in one day that's 3k in one year I might spend. Nonetheless my last experience did it. I Entered the store no customers except me. I notice someone taking my order that I have never seen and she is having problems ringing up my order. I'm allergic to bananas so I always substitute . Not to mention there are 2 employees & Supervisor Ivan whom is very familiar with me. So I'm like can u help your employee she needs help ringing me up and I have to go to work so the employee says what did u say? And I repeated loud and clear what I said. "She needs help" . The whole time Ivan is watching but not helping her. But the employee Rolls her eyes at me and calls me rude in front of her shift supervisor Ivan and walk away huffing and puffing. I said to Ivan u witnessed that whole thing and u didn't even try to help. She replied u were kinda rude" SMH I didn't come here at 9am Saturday morning for drama was my response and I left. Reported it to Remy the manager the next day. To no Avail nothing was done that was a week ago and still haven't heard anything. This place fell off . Everyone there seems angry which prevents you from getting good service. read more

The smoothies have really great flavor but each time I've asked for them to add in extras (chia seeds, probiotic, multivitamin), it's clear that the chia seeds are missing as they have a distinct texture.... which leads me to believe that they don't add in any of my extras that I pay for. This has happened on several occasions. Maybe just stick with the smoothie and skip paying extra for their additives. read more

My first time experiencing this place and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was,considering it's a juice bar. I had the bbq pork quesadilla (sooo goood especially the dipping sauce)and the Avocolada smoothie. Both were very good and could only eat half of the quesadilla.
