Coming here is like pulling teeth. The young lady on the cashier can't count cash back so she calls for a "manager" that looks like she doesn't want to be there and has a nasty attitude. Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the young lady working the register. Great personality. I ordered the Mango Monsoon and a chicken roll. The first chicken roll was ice cold. Went back to have them remake it. The manager made it and burned it. My smoothie is tasteless like it's missing ingredients. Young lady who made it called my name I go to get it. She sits it in between two men at the countertop. Place is nice to sit in if you wanted to get a few things done while you sip a smoothie. I'll rather not go back to this location. read more

This location is close to my office and I've only had good experiences. I got their smoothie/wrap combo deal today & it came with chips for about 13$, not bad! I ordered online for take out and my food was ready on the cart 5 minutes later when I arrived. I always get the bahama mama (no sugar added) and it is consistently good. I LOVE TSC! The Avocolada is my jamm! Whenever I need a boost to fortify my vitamin regimen, I add a probiotic or a vitamin C booster. My regular routine is to also order a banana. It's like a feel-good ritual for me. This location is my go-to. I've never been inside, I use the drive-thru. The service is efficient and the ladies who work here are friendly. These ladies work together like a well oiled machine. They are so busy that they don't even speak to each other . Everyone works smoothly in silence and they are so nice to you. Pros: good basic smoothies, quick Cons: none really I run in here pretty frequently for my island green detox smoothie. Its primarily spinach, tropical fruit, and sweetened with ginger, so its pretty healthy. The staff members are always friendly and efficient. Ive never had to wait very long. You can get a variety of smoothies that are loaded with sugar. I believe you can request they go light on sugar or use splenda. Ive never done this though but its worth an ask. There are a variety of options for sll. Im going to try the jerk chicken bowl next time im in, but its hard to pull me away from those island greens! The smoothies are all fresh. If you are looking for health benefits, You arent going to get the cold pressed juice quality here. You're also not paying cold pressed juice prices. I have been to this place a few times, and every time I go the service is abominably slow. Today I waited a good 45 minutes for a single smoothie, sitting in a hot car in the drive-thru with 6 or 7 people behind me. After about 30 minutes, the guy at the pick-up window slid it open and told me it wasn't ready yet. No apologies, he just said they were doing a shift change and no one knows who's supposed to be doing what. (I wish I were exaggerating!) About 10 minutes later he told me to pull up to the front door (?!?!) so they could bring it out to me when it was ready. After about 5 more minutes, a woman finally came out to my car to give me my smoothie. Appalling! If a shift change causes that much confusion, the place is either grossly understaffed, undertrained, or both. I will not be returning. Tropical Smoothie needs to get its act together! Bad reviews are well deserved. This location need to make some serious improvements! The wait was about 15 mins for a smoothie! My sandwich actually was completed 5 mins before my smoothies and I was shocked they don't give you your order together. The staff was unprofessional, yelling at each other and even encouraging customers to call corporate on their location. I am disappointed and hungry. I ordered a breakfast wrap online, specifying no chicken and that I am vegetarian. When I opened it to eat it, I got a big bite of chicken. I called to ask for a refund, since now I have no breakfast and will be hungry until lunch or later, but the best they could offer was a free one next time. I explained I am thoroughly turned off by the chicken and there won't be a next time, and again asked for a refund. I didn't get a refund.
