This place was packed! Every table was full, inside and outside, and people were waiting in line to order and waiting for food. Considering how busy it was, they moved pretty quickly. The menu is extensive, the people were nice, there were fun options for food and drink, and my only complaint is that they couldnt keep up with cleaning the tables with how busy it was. We split the breakfast burrito, and an everything bagel with truffle cream cheese. Maybe not thr best bagel choice for that specific cream cheese, but the cream cheese was so good! Im willing to come back and find the perfect bagel combo. The burrito was large and delicious. Add a cream cheese for some extra zing. Ambiance- it was a bit loud, since it was so busy, and they couldnt keep the place clean. That being said, we got our food to go, so these things didnt impact us much. Ill be back! read more

Was staying across the street and thought I would grab a bagel in the morning. It's a cute little shop with a good choice of bagels and flavors, but the bagels were disappointing as they were very "bready" and did not have the texture of traditional bagels. The Bagels & Co which just opened its Gaines Street location at Stadium Centre this past year. It is indeed a Philadelphia-born chain that has been expanding rapidly into Florida college towns. Even though it's a chain, they have that "brick and mortar" quality because they bake their Brooklyn-style bagels on-site daily. Why that Asiago was so good: * The Texture: They are known for that "light and airy" inside with a slight chew, which is hard to find in a lot of mass-produced bagels. * The "Schmear" Selection: They are famous for having over 25 varieties of cream cheese. While you went with the classic (and delicious) Scallion, they also do wild stuff like Cookie Monster, Black Truffle, and Birthday Cake. * The Experience: They actually let you "taste test" the cream cheeses like you're at an ice cream parlor, which is such a nice touch for a morning spot. read more

Popped in for lunch and really enjoyed our bagels. The breakfast sandwich was DELICIOUS! I was a little bummed they were out of egg everything but they did have a good variety of bagels - nice BIG bagels! I ordered a half dozen extra to take home since we were just passing through and I wanted to try some more. They were great and stayed fresh for a good 2 days after take home. Prices are a little pricy but kinda worth it. They have kiosks where you can order or walk up to order. We walked up and were not greeted so after a couple minutes we went to the kiosk. After driving around for about 20 minutes trying to find a place to have breakfast before leaving my son and returning back to Miami and we ended up here. I had the Frankfort Turkey sandwich, and my son had a breakfast special that came with coffee, juice, hashbrown and sandwich which is a great deal. If they do a good job with the bagels most of the time some of the atmosphere in the back there where they work just I don't know place your order and if you go sit on the side there and wait for a drink to come I mean, the floor is just as greasy and nasty. It's dirty. Nobody's got gloves on or a hairnet. Their pants are hanging down to their knees. These are workers come on man class it up. Some people are eating there. It's gotta be better. Great Bagels, but doesn't seem to have enough employees... to get just a bagel and cream cheese most days takes between 15 and 30 minutes ... the staff are doing as much as they can, but with only two employees most days recently it's just not enough. I have never had a good experience with this place. Living in Tallahassee I was so excited to finally have a bagel place I could eat at. Instead here I am waiting an hour for a bacon egg and cheese. Where was this bagel shop when I lived in Tallahasseee! The Bagels & Co has such a fun variety of bagel and cream cheese flavors, and they seemingly have perfected all of them! I loved how unique their Oreo and Doritos-flavored bagels were, and their cucumber dill cream cheese was next-level paired with a rainbow bagel. Even the blueberry bagel I tried, which I thought would be pretty standard, was a stand out with no shortage of bright blueberry flavor throughout. read more

I doubt the college kids are reading Yelp but for the adults visiting, this is for you. The wait is horrendous. They work well in the back but you must order a quick bagel w cream cheese if you don't want to wait 30 mins like I did. I ordered a breakfast wrap w vegan meat. So excited to have another bagel spot in Tallahassee. Located on Gaines near FAMU and FSU campuses, which honestly is a horrible location. But, I got a chance to go there during Spring Break. They have an awesome selection of bagel flavors, from everything to Doritos! The bagels are huge and tasty. They also have a variety of schmears. I ordered an egg everything bagel and a garlic bagel and two schmears (lox spread and bacon & scallion) to go. All were delicious! Service was good, if a little slow. I asked for my bagels to be sliced in half and they didn't do it, which was disappointing but not a huge deal. No real ambiance to speak of. Highly disappointed with the customer service upon arrival. I ordered a DoorDash from them on 5/13. My food was not only incorrect, but my bagel was burnt and inedible. I reached out to the manger, Jeff I believe and over the phone he was pleasant and assured that I could come in anytime in the near future to get my order remade. I came in 5/25 waited at the ordering area for about 10 minutes, no one came to help. Went to the counter and asked for the manager who said, "yeah I remember but you need to wait". I waited at the counter for 20 minutes without placing my order. I then waited until all the customers who were here prior to me to receive their order before asking him if it would take a minute before I could place my order and he rudely said, "Yes, it will if I'm being honest. That was a long time ago" (mind you that was less than two weeks ago). One of the chefs was nice enough to even come up to the counter and ask if I needed help, but let it just be the manager working he has a completely different attitude in person than over the phone. I was extremely disappointed because I frequent this place, but then had been the second time I've received a burnt bagel and seems as if customer service has went down as well.
