Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a great choice! They offer many healthy options and varieties of foods and smoothies. The smoothies are delicious and very rich, aswell as loaded with protein and nutrients. They also provide numerous wrap options, and other foods. (They have a few other food options) The service is top notch, very fast and good. The atmosphere is also pretty chill, lots of cool vibes coming from there . The food may be a little on the pricy side () but nothing too bad. I always come to this specific Tropical Smoothie because they were trust worthy food comes out good smoothies always on point BUT last week I ordered from them 2x and the first time I ordered a Banana Crunch Flatbread with a Blueberry Bliss Smoothie on Nov 6th my Flatbread had hair inside of it . Then I ordered again on Nov 8th thinking it was a minor mistake on their behalf clearly with contamination so it wont happen again will Nov 8 I ordered Banana Crunch Flatbread, All American Bacon Wrap and a Acai Berry Boost Smoothie....... I never received my flatbread instead they gave me a PB Protein Crunch, my All American Wrap had hair inside of it. The only thing that came out as it should about that order was the smoothie just like last time. Most times the experience is great. Been a handful of times when service was slow or felt neglected. But very rare. Sometimes you may have to wait for your order longer than your order time. Best to go earlier in the day or later but avoid lunch and after school times. I mainly go for the smoothies. read more

These places are great. Amazing fast and healthy food concept that never disappoints. I've been to a few locations and they all have been consistently clean and excellent. I usually get a smoothie (Avacodolada is my fave), but they also have wraps, bowls and sandwiches. I would highly recommend getting their app for your phone. Very modern and easy to go in and pay through your phone. Plus they keep track of your purchases and will give you reward credits. A welcome change and upgrade from the typical fast food choices. This location needs to get organized. Make the orders as they come. Also don't mark in the app that an order is complete 20 minutes before it is actually done. While I was waiting I watched the workers adding too much water to smoothies. So they were more like icees. When it is busy maybe have the inexperienced workers run the register and let efficient ones make the drinks and food. read more

I ordered ahead with my app and the last two times I noticed my credit card info didn't save which was annoying. Then when I ordered ahead this past time it was supposed to be curbside. 10 minutes had pst since my order was supposedly ready so I went inside to wait. After a few more minutes another customer told me their computer system was down so they weren't getting orders from the app. I feel like one of the employees should have told me when I came in. Did an app order here since the place was so busy. Took longer, but the staff was working like crazy to get things out the door. None of them complained or made any effort to show annoyance at how busy it was. My kids like the smoothies. Surprisingly, the food is good. I have been to other locations and love this chain. The first time I online ordered from this new location my order did not send and was told "this just happens sometimes." Today online ordering worked just fine but my buffalo chicken wrap I ordered had almost no buffalo sauce on it and the chicken was rubbery which I have never had like that from a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Can this place get any more unfriendly? Went in to get a smoothie around 2pm on 7/2. Not one of the staff greeted me (a hello maybe?). Eventually a staff member stopped sweeping the floor and seemed ticked off that I interrupted her. She said "what would you like?", my answer was a smoothie. She said "$4.99". No thank you no have a good day...nothing. I got my order with only a verbal "peach silk smoothie". Sorry to put you guys out, but rest assured it'll be the last time. read more

Terrible customer service! One star is too generous. Never received my food. I placed an online order and 45 minutes to an hour from placing my order my food wasn't even close to being started. The manage was useless in this situation. When I spoke to corporate they were able to refund my purchase but did nothing to try to get me to return in hopes of a better experience. read more

I avoid this location at all costs. I have been here a handful of times trying to give the benefit of the doubt but the service is not great. No one looks like they want to be there and it shows. They never smile or say hello, let alone tell you to have a good day. They do a poor job on the smoothies as well. The only positive comment I can say about this place is that it's extremely clean in there and the location is close to home. But due to the service I'll drive the extra few miles to go to a different location. I understand we all have bad days, but I feel like the staff here is always having a bad day. read more

I'm giving 5 starts for the young boy who was working behind the blenders today (4-4-18) he was so sweet and so incredibly kind. I could tell his coworkers were visibly annoyed with him, there was a small rush of about 6 people that all came in at once including myself. And he handled the rush EXTREMELY well. Instead of asking for help he did majority of the orders on his own while two girls stayed in the back to prep and watched him get in the weeds. And the grace and smile that he wore on his face the entire time deserves applause! Eventually the cashier called one of the girls from the back to help and she came up there with attitude. This young man dealt with the obvious frustration she had towards him so gracefully. I am going to stop in again and see how he's holding up. It can't be easy working with all young women and him being the only guy. As a female I know how catty they can be. I really hope he gets the recognition that he deserves. He was kind to all the customers and worked as quickly and efficiently as he could with what was given to him. I have gone here twice in a row and order a smoothie with chia seeds and they put chai which tastes like cinnamon and nutmeg I have gone to them and talked about it and even specified what I wanted and they got it WRONG the fruit there was also very unripe the bananas being green but having brown spots at the same time some how. read more
