The guy with the AirPod in his ear was rude. he wasnt yelling per se but definitely talking loudly and passionately over a misunderstanding. we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies and we never got one of the sandwiches and when we asked about it he immediately had an attitude and said we didn't order another sandwhich and we we're like well we still want to order another sandwich then (even though we did order it) he threw a fit and was super hateful and slammed the window on us. read more

I also ordered the jerk chicken wrap.... which should have been called the rice wrap. hardly any chicken, no pineapples nor any jerk sauce. The two smoothies I had-- both were not blended well. I normally love Tropical Smoothie. I went in today to get a smoothie and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes. Not one person acknowledged my presence, not even to say, "I'll be with you in just a moment." To make matters worse, I was standing AT THE COUNTER NEAR THE REGISTER. I understand they may have been preoccupied with drive thru orders, however the customers who walk into the store deserve to at LEAST be acknowledged. I LEFT without ordering. We sat in the drive through line for almost 20 minutes and had to sit there until the cars behind us backed out so we could too, then went inside and when it was my turn to order the worker told me to wait and never came to ring me up so I just left. I always have to repeat myself at least 5 times at the ordering thing and the workers clearly have genuinely no idea what is going on. I'm always waiting in line for at least 15 minutes and I know for a fact they haven't made my smoothie correctly the two times i've been. With the baby on his way we knew we wouldn't be having many date nights, so we would stop by the for the Wednesday special, get a smoothie and flatbread, and then head over to the Cinemark down the road who also has a discount night on Wednesday's! Good times. They have clean facilities, friendly staff, and the taste is amazing! I will say that their drive through can be a little slow, but other than that no complaints. They're all good, but try the chiefly pesto flatbread- amazing! I don't eat tomatoes except, but for this one I make an exception! read more

Most disgusting bathroom I have EVER been in. Worse than a gas station bathroom. Floors were wet (unsure if it was urine?) toilet was dirty, as were the walls, sink and trash cans.
