Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is hands down one of the best sandwich places I've ever been to! The quality of the ingredients is outstanding--you can truly taste the difference in every bite. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The blend of spices and seasonings they use takes their sandwiches to another level, creating bold, delicious flavors that keep you coming back. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. My only complaint is that I wish they had a location in Oklahoma City! I'd be there all the time. If you're anywhere near a Capriotti's, it's absolutely worth the visit. read more

So the workers' friendliness is a 5 star effort! I took an elderly aunt here for lunch and they literally read the menu to her and suggested sandwiches. They even customized her sandwich a bit. When we were leaving, they got her a water to go. Nice touches and it was appreciated. I tried the regular cheese steak with sweet peppers. I didn't get a lot of cheese or mushrooms but the meat was good and tender. (I just wanted more cheese and mushrooms, and peppers for that matter.) I ordered a small and know they are SMALL. I did love the bread. My aunt got the pastrami signature sandwich without the coleslaw. She said it was great (and she can be a bit picky sometimes). :) We went around 11:15 and we were the only ones there. By the time we left, it was filling up. The establishment is very clean and the staff is super friendly. My wife ordered the grilled Italian and she said it was awesome. The bread is very soft and has a great chew. I had the French Dip and although it tasted great and a good size for the price, but the au jus needed a little salt. There were so many sandwich options, the next time we go, I'm going to order 3 of the mini's, so I can try the pastrami, cheesesteak, and turkey cranberry at the same time. I have only been here once but the friendliness and warm greeting by the staff makes me feel like family. The sandwiches are made fresh here and they have a great variety of both the "classic" and different ones you just don't see everywhere. Some of the unusual ones include the Bobby, pretty much a thanksgiving table wrapped up in a sandwich form, American Wagyu, and a big selection of vegetarian sandwiches. This visit we both kept it classic with the classic cheesesteak and the classic italian. They both were very good and filling. I have come in here a couple times now and both times I found it to provide a pretty yummy and delicious sandwich! I enjoy the variety of size options which honestly helps me ensure I don't over eat but also order for myself, wife and daughter of we choose to share one of the bigger sandwiches. I particularly like wagyu beef they offer. Very tender and yummy and is a nice change of pace from other options in the area. A couple of things to consider though when dining in. 1. There ain't much room between the register and the door. It can't accommodate a lot of folks at once. 2. There is very limited seating inside. If you're okay with standing outside to wait to order or waiting on a small table this is a great option. For me, I think I'll order ahead and do a carry out option. They do have a cool shelf inside for pick up orders when they are ready. Overall a solid spot and a great addition to Broken Arrow!! read more

Finally trying this place. Ordered an 18" Impossible Cheesesteak to split with my hubby. Used the app to place my order. The ordering process was easy and pickup was quick (15 minutes and it was ready when we got there). The restaurant was clean inside and the pickup location for online orders is a cubby system, so you're in and out fast. Staff was friendly - greeted when going in and thanked when leaving. The sandwich itself was very large and stuffed. The bread was soft and everything was wrapped nicely to keep the sandwich warm. Very satisfied with this experience and will definitely be back. I figured this place was more hyped up than it deserved. When it opened you could not get near the place. The crowds have died down, so we gave it a try with a "The Bobbie" and the "Capastrami" to go. Fresh roasted turkey on the Bobbie and real Pastrami on the Capastrami. The meat was abundantly piled in the subs and fresh. It tasted nothing like deli meat you get at the store that comes in that famous yellow vacuum package and has a first name and a last name. They have several sizes of Subs. The large is a monster 18". We went with the medium 10" which was too much, but once we started eating, there was no stopping. We just finished lunch here, and I have to say, it was FABULOUS. The early reviews were a little daunting, but the more recent ones convinced us us to try it, and we are SO GLAD WE DID. I had the Cole Turkey sandwich, my husband had the cheese steak. Both were amazing, but we both agreed that I won lunch. The bread is so soft and fresh and the Turkey is not the sliced deli kind. They roast their own every day, it's like a Thanksgiving Turkey leftover sandwich, delicious! In fact, that will be next choice when we eat here, the one with stuffing and cranberry and all that. So Capriottis Sandwich Shop. New. Clean. Upscale Subway/Quiznos vibe, popular because it's got an Italian name. The menu is over impressed with itself but the sandwich just doesn't back up the hype. The length of time it takes to make the food also suggests something amazing - expect to wait an uncomfortably long while for them to put the meat between sliced bread. I had the Classic Cheese Steak. The bread was flavorless (like Subway). The meat was unseasoned. The cheese was at least gooey/gluey. The sweet or hot peppers added an immense amount of heat without adding texture, crunch, interest, color, or flavor. Sides were minimal, so the choice was chips. I'll be honest, this meal was so lacking in taste, flavor, or wow factor, I'll be getting a Covid-19 test to verify my good health. Capriottis might be a slight improvement on the many other chain sandwich shops in town, but if you are looking for a quality cheese steak, you'll never miss with Phat Phillys. Several other customers around me talked about them while eating their sandwich, and I have to agree, Phat Phillys beats their socks off. Phat Phillys also has fries. If you aren't in the mood for cheese steak, drive to someplace closer to your home - a local deli like Kendas or Big Als, a Subway or Quiznos or Schlotskys nearby, really anything in a strip mall. Fantastic! Several of my girlfriends and I went there last night for our first visit. The atmosphere was perfect. The service was excellent. We felt like family. Stan and Glen want to know their customers. The food was really good too! A good variety and excellent combinations. I recommend and will order the Wagyu beef again. It is delicious. Drove out to Broken Arrow after reading several recommendations. No online ordering for this location yet, but that was fine as I wanted to see how the full experience went. Dropped in on an early Sunday before noon. Didn't have to wait, but church go-ers seemed to file in soon after me. We got a half Italian (5-inch), a small (8-inch) Wagyu cheesesteak, and a medium (10-inch) wagyu cheesesteak. The wagyu are Snake River Farms. The Italian was your typical salami, capicola, and prosciutto with your choice of toppings. Cheesesteaks came with provolone, onions, peppers, mushrooms, or your way of course. Service was prompt and sandwiches are made to order, but they had plenty of help behind the counter. We all enjoyed our sandwiches, but given it is a good hike to Broken Arrow, I probably would not make a special trip for it.
