I always request no ice because I have sensitive teeth and don't enjoy very cold drinks, but no ice should not mean less drink, especially when the cup has a noticeable amount of empty space at the top. If you're going to give less drink because of a no-ice request, then customers shouldn't be charged full price. Otherwise, recipes should be adjusted to accommodate no-ice orders, whether that means adding more milk or tea, or charge extra. Giving a cup that's only 75% full when the customer paid full price for a full cup is just wrong.
