Thus, I was hoping that a few sessions would give me the perfect glow prior to going on a beach vacation. I didn't need a dark tan, just a little warmth in my skin after months of gloom. I've been to many other tanning salons before and this always works for me. Not at Seattle Sun Tan. On top of not getting any tan, I also feel like I spent an exorbitant amount of money (well above and beyond what I've paid at other places previously). They require you to essentially put a lump sum of money in an account and that money is used toward each tan - and each bed costs a different amount. So you would think ok I'll go for a strong bed to get my money's worth, right? Nope. For each of my (4 or 5?) sessions, I was required to do the basic bed and just barely increase the time of each session. I never made it past the basic level bed before they told me I'd run out of money in my account. As an aside, the dollar amount you put in does not line up well with the cost of each tan so you inevitably leave a few dollars behind or keep adding more and get into an endless loop. The one positive of my experience was the staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, due to the quality and price of the service, I would strong recommend seeking other sunless tanning options.

If you want a spa service book the appointment on the website to ensure you're booked and minimal time waiting. Beds are clean, the place is clean! I have an unlimited package but my dad has a red light monthly plan and gets the discount on tanning beds. Their yearly 50% sale is a good time to stock up on lotions and packages if you need, I think it's July and August. Otherwise it's affordable if you come regularly!

Ya, they're a few dollars cheaper, but you're missing out on the great benefits of Christine's airbrush tanning services: 1) GREAT PRODUCT - Christine uses quality organic products that don't put bad chemicals into my skin. It's also odorless, so my husband doesn't have to plug his nose around me right after my session haha. She included a bronzer in the solution so I could get the immediate satisfaction of having a gorgeous tan after my session. 2) THE RIGHT COLOR - I have pale skin, but Christine gave it the perfect glow with the "Seattle Golden" custom color. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a natural sunkissed look. The color and airbrush equipment she used gave me the perfect tan with no streaks, no dark or missed spots, etc. My tan is seamless. 3) PROFESSIONAL - Christine was professional, knowledgeable, charismatic, and on time. I'm a really modest person, but she made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. She sat down with me first to learn more about my skin type, if I had any allergies, and asked what kind of look I wanted. And she NAILED it. 4) MOBILE & FAST - I texted her Thursday afternoon, she responded right away and got me on her schedule for Friday. She came to my apartment which was really convenient. She pulled out this pop-up tanning station right in the family room!! The best part: I could stay in my underwear afterwards and dry evenly in the comfort of my own home. Christine arrived, set up, worked her magic, and headed out all within 30 minutes. 5) AFFORDABLE - I looked at 3 other airbrush tan artists in the Seattle area, but they were way too expensive and weren't able to work with my schedule. I was in town on vacation and I had a very tight window to get it done :) She said that she does take some late night clients so I was in luck! She came to my hotel in downtown Seattle. The night before she sent me an email with all the instructions on how I would get the best tan possible... I'll tell you right now people my days of orange elbows and knees are done!! So helpful!! She brought a little pop up tent so that no spray would make a mess and it's actually not even messy or sticky like those mystic booths - I was dry right after. I was nervous to get undressed in front of someone but she was so friendly and professional it was totally fine! I could not believe that when she was done I was not smelly at all!! To be honest it was what had kept me from getting a spray tan more often! My tan lasted about 11 days and was such a good color for me (since I am what they call SUPER white I was a bit scared that I would be hard to put a good color on!)
