My brow hair grows pretty quickly, and it can be hard to keep them looking clean and balanced, but she always gets them just right. I had Melissa who has since gone to one of the Seattle locations. I LOVED her. She quickly greeted me when I first walked into the door and was able to see me right away. Our conversation was great and she didn't make me feel awkward. I loved the results I had after this first appointment. And I honestly didn't need to come back as soon as I did, but I needed a touch up before my husband came home from a long trip. The second time I wasn't as impressed with my esthetician, or the customer service, but the results are keeping me intrigued. I can always switch eestheticians for my next appointment so it's no big deal. I do wish on Saturday's though they had a little more of a flow. We waited for at least 10 minutes to see someone to check us in. We all actually went and sat on the couch it was taking so long. But again. I'm here for the product. And so far I really love it!
