I am disappointed that you don't provide the service that I need and you took my money for evaluation. It resulted in only stating obvious work and was just an advertisement for you to do the work. No updates, no coordination, and no accountability. We constantly had to chase people down just to get basic answers. The attention to detail was equally disappointing. We were left with damaged and scuffed-up coping, stained decking, stained stucco -- and were essentially expected to just accept it. For a six-figure investment, the result should've been flawless. Instead, it looks like corners were cut at every stage. I'm a project coordinator in the construction industry myself, and I would never treat customers the way we were treated. The level of customer service was unacceptable. Tom, our sales rep, was great in the beginning -- friendly, helpful, and responsive. But the moment we signed the contract, we felt completely abandoned and instantly regretted choosing this company. Our biggest regret is not taking more time to research and choose a pool builder that actually values communication, craftsmanship, and customer experience. What's even more concerning is that I've posted this review twice on Google -- and both times it was hidden. It seems they're actively burying recent negative reviews to protect their image. I explain I've been paying $90 a month to the most recent company and $80 to the company before. He goes on and on about how his company is insured and how he has a fleet of people blah blah and that pools service is going to be $120 a month. I said fine. Start today. He said he can't come out until tomorrow. So I said come by tomorrow. He made a big deal about me needing to be there even though it's only a pool. But he was adamant about how he likes to meet the customers face to face. Fine I said. I'll be there. He promised to be there in the morning. Well, morning has gone by and the pool has never been greener. No visit. No call to explain that he's running late. In fact, he's not coming at all. Because he doesn't know how to run his business without making false promises. Good job. You've lost another customer! I was willing to pay your inflated rate, too. Good luck. Hope you go bottom up for making me wait in vain all day. Update: billy called me back to apologize for upsetting me but said he didn't have my name or my phone number or nothing in his books. So he thought I got him mixed up with another company. I reminded him about our conversation and it took awhile but he did remember speaking to me and he did find my lead sheet. He apologized again and mentioned some personal struggles and said he would bend over backwards to help me and that he would even come by today! Wow.
