Their service techs are very young and clearly inexperienced. They caused a yellow/gold stain that runs across the entire bottom of our pool by leaving chemicals sitting at the bottom. The stain appeared the very next day after their service. When my husband tried to brush it, some debris lifted, but the stain remained. When we contacted the company, they denied responsibility and told us to file a warranty claim with our pool builder instead. This company is 100% responsible for the damage to our pool. If you want to protect your investment, I strongly recommend choosing a different service provider.

Ordered another one (Black Prodigy 14-22 Weatherproof). I had an appointment for Service to deliver, remove the old one, install the new. On that day, I unexpectedly couldn't be home. But the Hot Springs technicians did exactly what was required without me being here. Got the new cover installed and took away the old one. Surprised me when I got home. Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.
