I suspect my burners were dirty leading to a delayed ignition. I scheduled, they came and cleaned them real quick. Painless experience.

Dorothy offered to schedule a tech that afternoon and then started running through the most common causes. With her on the line I found a blown fuse on the units motherboard and was able to replace it (props to Home Depot for having them in stock). Bottom line, she was polite, responsive AND helped me solve the issue over the phone at no cost. I will definitely call Davey Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Within ~10 minutes, got a call from this company who asked some basic questions and troubleshooted some things over the phone, without even talking amount payment or price. When that didn't work after an hour, I messaged back and they got me on the schedule for the next day (it was already 5pm by this time. They came promptly during the window and gave me heads up, figured out the issue in less than 15 minutes, and gave me a range of options and prices. He actually taught me several things about the AC and showed me how to do some repairs myself and where to get parts, and lo and behold it worked like a charm! Couldn't be happier with the quality, speed, and friendliness of the service. Got my AC pumping ice cold air in time to get the house cool for my kids' naps. Davey will absolutely be my go-to from now on and I would recommend them to anyone and everything.

Tipping Hat has excellent customer service and are very professional and knowledgeable. Other than the pricing they do excellent work.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY…read more Research their history on the Better Business Bureau website. They have engaged in similar practices in the past. My 86-year-old father hired them to replace two toilet fill valves and flappers. They charged him $677 twice, totaling $1354. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I was unable to obtain a return call. I eventually spoke with Cyan, Kevin, and Jillian (none of whom were able to assist). I left several messages and sent two emails. Finally, I spoke with Marissa, the manager, who insisted that the price was reasonable for Castle Rock, CO. She now requires my father to obtain another quote, learn to navigate the internet, scan and email her the quote in order to price match a fair charge for the same service. They are not honoring their 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is prominently displayed on their website and in the paperwork/invoice that I had to request from them. My father was unaware of the typical charge for this service and did not inform me until it was completed and paid for. He even tipped the technician, Cameron Woods, $20 to purchase lunch after the job. He accepted the tip! This constitutes fraud against the elderly on an unprecedented scale. I posted on Nextdoor seeking advice and received over 80 comments from plumbers, neighbors, and handymen who indicated how unfair this situation was. I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General's office, the Colorado Electrical Examining Board of Plumbers, the Better Business Bureau, and local news stations to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I called Jump to fix a control Transformer and was pleased to get a same day appointment…read more Adam showed up on time and proceeded to diagnosis the issue. His expertise noticed a couple of installation errors , one of them was related to the control transformer. He was able to fix and completely remove the failing transformer and utilize the furness control panel instead, nice clean solution as the manufacture intended. The other installation error was causing condensation to not exit correctly and was leaking water that was rusting the front wall pan. I was unaware of this and was looking at having to replace a 4 year old furness if the rusting was to proceed or had already damaged the integrity of the wall. Adam checked the wall out and concluded that the heating element integrity was still good and the wall had not been compromised to the point of furness replacement. Without Adam's knowledge and skills I would be in a bad spot in the near future from the poor installation. I'm very pleased and happy with the outcome, thanks to Adam and do recommend JumpHVAC.

I looked at reviews online for HVAC providers. The reviews for Heatwave (not on their website, which I would expect to be positive) were extremely positive 4.9 on 150+ reviews, almost too good to be true. These guys were a pleasure to deal with. Dimitri, the owner came out promptly to assess the noise issue, diagnosed the problem, and said "I can replace the motor and you can probably get a few more years, maybe", out of this and gave me a ballpark cost. The furnace issues were more severe. I decided to replace both AC & furnace. The price quoted for a Trane unit was very fair. The install crew Ivan & Arvy were very experienced. The install went smoothly. My phone calls or texts were answered promptly, they showed up on time and everyone I dealt with was very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. Dimitri was here only a couple hours after my call, promptly at the beginning of the service window. A few short minutes of troubleshooting later and the system was working perfectly again. It was only a clogged pressure sensor port, so he waived the repair fee and I only paid a bit for the service call itself. He did mention that it's quite an older unit and really should be replaced at some point soon, but that was it. No sales pressure at all, which I really appreciated. Overall this was a great experience, and I know exactly who to call for any future issues and that eventual replacement. Highly recommend!
