We signed up specifically for baby's first haircut and we reiterated that it was our son's first haircut before starting. The barber put absolutely no effort getting our son comfortable and just went in on him, telling us to forcibly hold him down. We expected the haircut to take maybe 15-20 minutes, but we were done in 5 minutes since our barber couldn't have cared less and just starting buzzing away despite us saying we just wanted a trim. Our son ended up looking like Mark Davis (pic attached for reference). His hairline is now at the top of his head and the rest of his hair is uneven as if he took safety scissors to his own head.
