My nails were clipped straight across and on the sides and then not filed or shaped, resulting in completely uneven shapes with sharp edges. You might think I requested square shape. I didn't. The tools were in an already opened package or no package. My foot was scrubbed so aggressively with a tough sponge that my skin was broken and I have a small cut on the area. Finally, the polish itself was off my nails onto my toes for 4/10 nails. It didn't go all the way to the sides/tops of the nails on 6/10 nails. I did not choose this location or service because it was affordable or competitive on price, I was just looking for a standard pedicure. Unfortunately not somewhere I would go again or recommend.

My feet were left completely smooth, with all the dead skin removed, and I felt like they really took their time.
