After estimation and checking the quality of the materials I did my choice - I have bought an Italian kitchen from BKT Loft and I have never regret of it. It was the best choice I could made at that point. They do initial measuring, creating design, selecting the materials together with the client, delivery, demolition, installation, testing - the whole specter. I was working with Andrey who has a big experience (20+ years) and really understands what he is talking about. After measuring my kitchen, he came up with a design and a set of materials as well as appliances. The design was much better than I had imagined with good improvements and useful hints. The installation process was quick and accurate. He did it as if he did it for himself - thorough measurement, meticulous setting up, and strong fixing - I liked his job and engineering approach. He cleaned up the installation area and left my kitchen nice and shiny. The whole process took about a week, from demolition till final touches, and this time includes countertop making and installation (that was done by the third-party company - and done great) as well as appliances installation and testing. I am profoundly convinced that the materials BKT Loft provides are the best on the San Diego market. The cabinets look great and easy to clean. They are not afraid of humidity, fat, water, steam, you name it. The handles are amazing as well as mechanisms for cabinets - simply are the best I have seen. I am totally satisfied with the kitchen and service. If you want a great kitchen and smooth remodeling process, BKT Loft is the right choice!

We provided detailed evidence demonstrating that the "waterproof system" installed by Kaminskiy quickly failed and was the direct cause of extensive water damage over three years. As a result of the CSLB ruling, Kaminskiy was required to reimburse us for the necessary repairs. Our situation has been fully resolved, and our deck is now solid and, as proven by recent heavy rains, completely dry. We extend our sincere thanks to the CSLB for their assistance during this difficult time. We also highly recommend Optimal Waterproofing for their excellent work in effectively fixing all the mistakes made by Kaminskiy.

We "thought" we had selected the Crema Marfil granite counter tops that we wanted to accompany a shower that we recently re-did but when it came in, it looked nothing like the sample we had seen a few short weeks before. Sure enough, it wasn't. Our subcontractor cut the wrong piece and either tried to pass it off as Crema Marfil or he really didn't know what Crema Marfil was supposed to look like. Our General Contractor (who was fantastic btw) suggested that we start looking at stone in the area to see what was available and to confirm if we still liked the Crema Marfil. One of the vendors that he asked us to check out was Picasso which specializes in pre-fabricated granite countertops. Since our needs were straight forward, we just needed to find a stone that matched our flooring and crema marfil tile that we just installed in a nearby shower. The choices here were great and very easy to rule out the one's we didn't like and focus on the one's we did. We found two slabs that we really liked and with Ricki and Jimmy's help, we were able to select the one that we ultimately wanted to purchase. Once you select a slab, they won't let you pull it out unless it is paid for in full. They will help you flip through to choose a pattern that best suits your needs but they will not pull it out completely for you to look at. This is completely understandable because if the piece breaks, it's ruined. The less they handle, the less of a chance they get damaged. The piece we selected was the Colonial Cream and we could not be happier. The granite was finally installed just yesterday and it looks fantastic. We are more than pleased with our choice. The best thing - we paid less in fabrication costs because most of the work was already done. Score! A huge shout out to Jimmy and Ricki for providing excellent customer service while we were there. We will be back when we are ready to tackle other projects in the house. Can't wait!

Additionally, I have environmental sensitivities and Mark took every care along the way to make sure he was using eco-friendly materials that would keep our space healthy. He used Rubio Monocoat oil (we went with Cotton White) to finish the cabinets at my request. My husband and I are over-the-top happy with the end result and grateful that Mark was so open to making cabinets that were not just beautiful to look at but also environmentally conscious. Mark is a complete joy to work with, has patience to infinity and beyond, and is extremely responsible. His prices are very reasonable and any challenge along the way (such as figuring out how to get both a recycling bin and a trash bin in our very small space for those two items) was an opportunity for Mark to figure out a solution.
