Steer very clear of this place! It is a joke and the furniture is trash. We came a day prior to pickup to place our order and we negotiated the gray couch to $500 cash only. The day of pick up we come to the store with a rented truck and we're told we need to go to their warehouse down the street to pick it up there. We go there and it's more of a storage unit, cluttered with furniture boxes. The father of the worker did not know we had a pickup and was looking for the 3 pieces of our couch. We found two together but one piece was not there or unfindable. He told us to come back later once their shipment comes in. I was so frustrated I told him that they need to deliver it to my house in that case. He agreed to do so. The next day the delivery men came with the 3 boxes for my furniture. Upon setting it up, we realized two of the pieces were the exact same and they delivered us the wrong boxes. They came the next day and brought the right box and assemble it for us. Once they left I inspected the couch and it was missing a stud in the middle! After this point I'm done calling them and I just settle for the couch. 2 months later, the seems of every piece of the couch start to rip. Low quality and you get what you pay for. read more

If you are looking for great quality furniture with an unbeatable price, you found it!!! I went in for a new bedroom set and was expecting ther traditional 4 piece, but I left with way more then planned for cheaper then a 4 piece standard set for the same price. I walked away with 6 piece set, a vanity, second side table, mattress, and box spring!!! Javier, the owner, was charming, accommodating, friendly, more then reasonable, efficient, and played the best music!!! The showroom is small but is able to order whatever you want in a weeks time. We needed to furnish two rental homes and found Javier at Furniture Discounter. I had already ordered a bunch of furniture on Amazon, but it's such a pain to assembly poor quality stuff. All the pieces we bought at furniture discounter came pretty much pre-assembled and were delivered for a very reasonable price ($120 for 3 full bedroom sets. We saw the same pieces on Wayfair and other sites for more than double the prices. The quality is great and Javier was a pleasure to deal with. He's sure our new furniture source now. read more

Worked with a couple of the staff here while purchasing a couch. They were really helpful and friendly. They had lots of stock out to take a look at. We had found them on Offerup and took a look at the couch we had gone out to see. But with the other options there, we found something we liked better. They put our couch aside for us to pickup the next day. They were able to load the couch into our truck and off we went. Very happy to have dealt with a small business like them. read more

I think I see a theme of disorganization and lack of communication of which I can add to. However I won't get into the specifics on that and say that overall it was a good experience. I purchased a king size bed which now looks great in my room. For the price the bed is great! Even though the communication wasn't great, they did make every attempt to right their wrongs and even offered to have someone come over and help me assemble it. Love my new couch. Some confusion over pricing but was cleared up quickly and for a reasonable rate including delivery. I wish they had a bigger store but overall decent selection and price ranges. The sofa chaise (Soho) I wanted was actually sold before I could commit to purchasing. I wasn't able to see it outside the packaging but Sandy was able to send me a picture from the manufacturer. Came here mainly to look at the mattresses. Small location but they had some good values on their beds -the ones I saw were good quality and not that expensive. They don't carry any Simmons or Sealy mattresses, but they carry Diamond mattresses which have been rated pretty good. The customer service was great. I had a positive (and speedy) experience buying my small sectional couch here! Once you enter, it's like a small warehouse with furniture jam packed all over the place. Their prices are reasonable and the staff that assisted me was extremely friendly and informative. I ended up buying the couch I saw online and getting it shipped to my place for like $40 more? Delivery went without a hitch too, and my couch is as comfy as it was in the showroom. Javier and Sandy were both knowledgeable of their products, and were able to look into custom sizing for our Sofa/Chaise. The expected turnaround for the delivery was 2-3 weeks, but the product arrived in half of that time. He helped with the price of delivery if I was to assist the delivery driver with the transport of the product into our apartment, which we appreciated. Communication was easy, simple, and to the point, as I'm typically direct and to the point when buying products. Delivery was on time and efficient. Packaging was minimal, but everything came as expected. Construction was simple and quick. The gentlemen that was helping me at the store used his own truck to deliver the mattress late at night in order to accommodate me after some problems with delivery. I am moving to Temecula from LA and my Fiance who is in the military is moving in from Japan. We had unusual circumstances since our apartment move in isn't for another couple months we needed the furniture to be delivered in that time period. Currently im moving into a new home and am doing all new furnishings, from bedroom to living room to dining room. I stubbled upon this gem of a furniture store through a backpage website and decided to make the 30 minute drive to it to check it out. Right when I walked in I was kindly greeted by Sandy who will make you feel at home right away and basically look out for you like mom. Her son Javier was working in the back but more than willing to set up anything or take out anything from a box to show you exactly what youre getting if it wasnt on the floor. Anyways, I'll be honest at first I did not like anything I saw on the floor and so Sandy showed me what she had in every catalog available. Any price I needed checked she would run back to the front and quickly check it. She kept notes of everything that interested me and payed attention to what I was talking about. She would call me and even text me keeping me updated on what new furniture just came in that I might show interest in. Even after the visit i decided to go look around some more at other stores, but still ended up coming back here to get a bed set and mattress. My time here I did not feel pressured into buying anything and like it was just a sales pitch, but rather them sincerely looking out for my best interests. Its almost like you want to find an excuse to go back just because shopping around at other furniture stores will quickly make you realize why this is one of the best places. I got my furniture delivered quick to the store, and they were more than willing to hold onto it for me during the holidays while I'm away. I am having a family get together tomorrow and needed patio furniture, saw decent sets at Costco in the 8-1200 range, found furniture discounter on Craigslist and stopped by to check it out. First off, I want to say that I really wanted to purchase from this place. Javier gave off a great vibe and he seemed to have our best interest in mind when we told him what we wanted. With that said, I ordered a rug from him which he said would take about a week and half to come in. I waited a month and still no rug. My main issue is that he didn't communicate with me or his vendor very well. Everytime I called him, he had no idea where the rug was in terms of shipping/transport status. Even when we cancelled the order a month later he still didn't know where it was. I would call and leave messages and he rarely returned my calls. I wouldn't recommend Furniture Discounter because of the lack of customer service that I received. read more

I purchased a couch and after I completely paid for it they let me know they didn't have half of it. They searched in storage it and I waited over 2 hours with a rental truck. They then ordered the other half. I waited and upon receipt I had to carry the couch up to my apartment.
