This is a tough one to review as the employees were very helpful, helping constantly, but the…read moreprocess is ridiculously long!! 5 hours on Friday night and they weren't busy...then back for 2 more hours the next morning...then back for another 30 minutes later in the day to finish. The workers work well as a team, jumping in to help each other constantly to keep things moving. The process is simply too long, too many issues from corporate, etc. The reality is that every cellular carrier just takes way too long. Got a good deal, discounts and upgraded phones, so good to go at this point. Felt like I bought a house!...guess that's why you sign up for two years, so you don't have to go back for a while. ‍
